I am thinking of getting my fiance an engraved wedding band. We have already put the deposit on our bands. His is a tungsten ring and the place we are getting them from doesn't engrave bands. I am thinking of having another band engraved for him and having my MOH deliver it to him before the wedding.

On this date, at this time next year, I will be walking down the aisle in St. Thomas to say "I do" to the man of my dreams! I am so looking forward to becoming Mrs. Long. The journey to our wedding day will have its ups and downs I'm sure, but it will be all worth it in the end. Only 365 to go!!!!!

Awwww. It will be o.k. The hard thing to remember is they often have other weddings that they are coordinating. I know you don't want to hear that but trust me, they will contact you. I'm sure it is frustrating but try to be patient. Give her a deadline to call, then if she doesn't, contact the manager/owner of the resort. I'm sure the last thing they want is unhappy guests. It will be o.k. Try to relax.....This is the most important day in your life I'm sure so you want it to be right. Breathe..... JQ (I may need the same advice next year!) Keep us posted!

Hi MarlenaMami....please try jasminesbridalshop.com. They did an AWESOME job with my dress. The communication which is most important when ordering anything online was amazing. Check out there website becauseI believe they have Maggie dresses. Their site also shows you work they have completed and not just the designer photos. I was/am a budget bride and I refused to spend $1,000's on a dress. As I mentioned, the communication was great and they send you pictures in progress. I searched online for about a month until I found them. Other websites may be a little fancier, but hands down they have the BEST work. Their site has a link on facebook so you can see some of their work. Good Luck! Let us know what you decide! JQ

I have to agree with the reveal right before you walk down the aisle. That moment is very special. The first glance shots could be special too though. My fiance and I, although we live together and by the time we get married will be together 4 years, HE insisted on us departing the night before. LOL! I felt the same way but I think it's cute that he wants to. I guess it doesn't matter what your preference is....as long as you know you will be marrying your honey.....that is all that counts.

@Futuremrstgun...thank you so much. I never considered myself to be the "poofydress" type and I wanted something elegant that defines my personality. This was the dress!

I would suggest to check out Jasmine's website for other lace dresses they have made. From what I see they do the BEST work. They are a little more expensive compared to other sites but they are legit. Not one comunication issue. Both dresses are beautiful! Good Luck.

Thanks aahq45! We had fun taking them. If my brother was not in the wedding, I would have had him do our pictures for the wedding. I was so excited last week waiting for Sunday to take our pics. Be sure to share some of yours!

I honestly think it looks beautiful as is. Your hair, makeup & flowers will pull it together very nice. Other than adding a colored sash or rhinestones (not even sure where..) the dress needs very little additions. Hope that helps!
