Hey ladies, here are some of my favourite purchases so far! custom pocket mirrors - in my color, royal blue - Etsy Seller Eccolo 4 for $15 - 3 for my bridal party and 1 for me. Earrings for BM: Etsy Seller Waterwaif - $20 each but I used a heartsy gift certificate so I paid much less! I'm also working on a little fascinator project for me and the girls. Theirs will be peacock and mine mostly white. I have also purchased some larger flat crystals to decorate them. More on that in my planning thread, but here are my finds from Etsy! Seller pegasus22 peacock feather pad- 3 for 10.50 1.50 – pink guinea feathers for BMs fascinators 6.00- white feather pad French netting 6.00

Awesome thread! Can't wait to get to 150 so I can download and share some of my own creations. I'm terrible at the print stuff but think i make up for it with my craftiness in other ways. I am working on some DIY fascinators for my bridesmaids, bouquets and some dyi decor that's easy to transport to the destination.

You can find the pic online but my friend bought a high resolution version sine most of the ones online are not the right resolution. Maybe you could find it online though!

I would also be interested in knowing how many stems to order. I tried putting some together at hobby lobby to see how big it would be but it's so hard to estimate since I also want to make the bm bouquets and bouts Any tips would be appreciated. I was thinking 20-25 for bride, 10-15 for BMs and 1 for each bout and corsage. Does that seem right?

I had the same fears as our guest list grew. You need to keep in mind that with a destination wedding many of your guests will not be able to join you. We did not invite children, but we did not say no children either. I figure it's their vacation so they can decide. I am worried about the size of our guest list for our at home reception. But I still have sometime to figure out that venue. When choosing to include or not we asked our selves if it was someone we really wanted there, if we were ambivalent and we didn't forsee it causing drama then we didn't incude them. We did invite all in our large extended family except children. However we already know that many of them won't come so I could still send an invite and keep e family gossip to a minimum!

A DIY day with the ladies. This is such a great idea. My MOH and mom have been asking how they can help. This would work and be fun too. Too bad my other BMs live in Texas and Prague

I'm not sure who's thread it was in but someone had the idea of borrowing a luggage cart from the resort and delivering them that way. I am definitely thinking of giving them out at the welcome cocktails as many of our guests will travel with us. I wonder how much it would cost to have them delivered to the rooms?

Thanks ladies. So far the guests liked them! I am hoping the online RSVP works out ok. But I have already decided i am going to start calling them a month before deposits are due. Invites will probably go out in November when I am more sure of numbers. Ps I didn't use vista print because my friend had a printer hook up and there was a postal strike on at the time but you can print 100 standard postcards on vista print for very cheap!

Ok PPC ladies I have a question for you. Are you going with the resort photog or bringing your own in? We are holding our reception on la barcaza wedding boat so I also want the photographer to join us there. Any feedback or suggestions are appreciated!

I have heard other girls suggest putting your bouquet in your dress bag. I would wrap it up in the bugle wrap first just in case it were to get caught on my dress.
