  1. Just a heads up- the cups aren't a regular travel mug size they are kind of small. I bought only 2 the first time to see what my fiance would say, he's 6'3, 300 pounds so I didn't want them to look like a doll cup in his hand.
  2. Deniden- Unfortunately when you are using the voucher you cannot use the special pricing. You have to use the link that is provided through Living Social and the pricing changes. I would say the only thing I would use the voucher on are items that don't normally go on sale.
  3. Unfortunately they do not sell them online. I had to "stalk" the stores in my area, there are 3 nearby and only 1 of them carried them regularly. Call your local stores to see if they have them first, if so, see if they have a case it makes it easier but you can still go there and wipe out their shelves.
  4. Thanks! Not sure if you are subscribed to Living Social but I used my $50 worth of stuff for $10 voucher. You may want to go that route as well because for 80 labels it was around $50.
  5. I started working on my create your own travel mugs that I purchased from the Dollar Tree. I've posted a picture of them on my planning thread.
  6. Thanks Shahlo! No they are not waterproof, for the mugs I used there is a layer between the clear plastic and where the actual liquid is contained so my labels are on the inside.
  7. Thank you Thank you Thank you...I really didn't want to if I didn't have to.
  8. So last night I started working on the create your own travel mugs that I bought from the Dollar Tree...this is what I've done.
  9. Google Frugal Fannie's Running of the Brides...every year they offer designer dresses at a discounted rate. It's a crazy event.
  10. Thanks ladies! They went on sale this week plus 15% off, so I called Macy's and they honored the new price
  11. Ok so I think I can post pics now...first pic...The Dress!
  12. Great feedback! Did you have to pay him in cash?
  13. Welcome Melanie! I am getting married in Jamaica on May 30 2012 and I also invited 200 people to my wedding. What we decided to do was to set up a wedding website that allowed them to RSVP. On the website we say something along the lines that we would like to get a preliminary headcount and see who is interested and/or able to go, so we ask that they RSVP on the website and a formal invitation will follow. It has helped a lot as we were able to slim down the number of invitations we need to send but no one feels as if they were not invited.
  14. Thank you so much for this feedback, I was wondering if it would kind of ruin the moment.
  15. For the DMV (DC/Maryland/Virginia) brides, I am not sure what you guys are planning on doing with your dresses after the wedding but if you plan on donating it, there is a non-profit organization St. Anthony's Bridal in Maryland. They allow brides who have a budget of $3,000 or less for their entire wedding to rent the dress and other needed items for free.
  16. Nice!!! I have not seen this but I have purchased those vases for my centerpiece as well as the shells and seaglass for my centerpieces from the Dollar Tree.

  18. Welcome!! Be prepared, you are going to find some GREAT ideas on here!
  19. Expect the unexpected- that friend you've know since kindergarten may not clear her schedule to go dress shopping or your great uncle bert that you haven't seen in 20 years may be the first to book. Try to take pics of yourself in dresses you are considering, it helps later when you are no longer "in the moment" you may see things differently.
  20. The travel brochures look great! I'm used my Livingsocial voucher on labels for the mugs. I'm waiting for the next deal, I'll be back to get some tips
