    At least you have a good amount of time to plan and search around for GREAT deals!!! Stop in at the dollar store at least once a week!!! It could save you tons of money.. and if you are doing welcome bags and wanted them canvas I would wait for the dollar tree to get theres back so they are only $1.00 a bag and you can order them direct from the site in a case of 24!!     With that many people I would 100% do a table with place cards on it!! Otherwise people are going to be walkig around fo 20 minutes trying to find their seats!! We are having about 50 people so I am planning on having the place cards at their place setting when they arrive!!

I'm not sure about what sizes they have but hey it's worth a shot right!! Especially if you have to buy 10 of them!! Good luck!!!!

    Yeah that is what I was thinking... I really do not want to get into a wedding dress or have a formal meal I think it is kind of pointless at least for us... I do not want to pay for another wedding!! We have a great catering place out here that does an outdoor BBQ they bring their own grill, make potato, macaroni, and regular salad!! All I have to buy is the fixings!! Glad to hear someone else is going to be doing the same!!
