I completely agree with anudrm... I actually from the beginning of when we decided we wanted a DW knew it would be an issue we were VERY lucky in the way that we have only had ONE person my FI's BM give us shit about coming... Finally he has decided he is not coming and oh well there is nothing that we can do! It's better not to harp on what is bad and think about what is good!! We fortunately have a lot of people going to come that we actually had no intention of them coming at all which is a nice surprise.. But the thing to remember is if somebody wants to be there... they will be there... if they don't really care..... they won't. I feel as though you probably gave everyone a great advance notice.... I am being double occupancy in a room with somebody for 3 nights will run you about $1,000.00 with plane fare which is not a lot of money.... I mean obv. if people can't come due to medical problems that is a different story but whoever wants to be there will be there!! I guess we just find out who we really mean something too!

The only other idea I would have for you is to try to cut all of them individually not to sure if this is even possible but it would be very very very tedious.

I WOULD NOT shell out $150.00 for T-Shirts!! It honestly looks like it is supposed to be there because it looks boxed in... if you know what I mean? Because everything is in quotations...!! I think if it was a picture it would look weird but I think for what yours are with the quotes it looks like that's how it's supposed to be!

I think the t-shirt idea is VERY cute... Is the white there on purpose or is it how the paper came off on the t-shirt?? I think it is nice how it makes it sectioned off... on the other hand if it is not supposed to be there I would talk to some past brides about how they did theirs!!

My FI's best man has informed us he will not be attending our wedding after months of him giving us HELL!!! Now my FI has already asked his brother to be a groomsmen at our wedding but now would like him to step up to best man.... Now with him already knowing he was just going to be a groomsmen I thought my FI should do something clever to ask him to stand by his side as his BM... (His brother already knew the situation going to with his friend and knew he may end up being the BM) Any ideas are greatly appreciated!!!

I'm thinking you may need to bite the bullet... 1200.00 for photography really is not bad at all it is actually pretty inexpensive... Let me know on what you decide I am going back and forth on photography also.. I would love to know about past brides experiences with the photographers at these resorts..... how do the pictures comes out etc. or is it worth it to fly down a photographer?

I just don't understand how the pricing structure is I guess? I actually e-mailed "Glen" today about the menu situation as mine does not have one enclosed to look at!! I also think we may cave and have the steel drum band.. We don't like the mento band too much from what we have seen on google searches. And she is going o come to our resort and do the hair/makeup and she said usually the resorts are cool with it.. I'm just on the fence about it I don't want to pay $1400.00 for them to say "NO" to me!! I also have a question from what I came across on the group code contract.. It states that One (1) complimentary person credit based on first (12) paid double rooms.... What the heck does that mean?!?!?! Thanks again for all of your help!!!

Been looking into Rachel Edwards.... check out her facebook page! Her prices are pretty reasonable!! I am paying for 11 women... one being a flower girl, and two being mothers.... the total is about $1400.00... For hair/airbrush makeup/lashes.. I am just now waiting to make sure it is okay with the resort to bring her in I can't imagine it is not but idk if she is considered an outside vendor..

I 100% agree!! Everything that they do needs to be overseen!!! It's hard when I'm a perfectionist!!
