Hi everyone! There is no special software I am using all I using just powerpoint. As far as templates there really is no specific template all I do is on power point I create a blank slide. All the wording.and letters you see in each of them is an individual text box. So for example say you wanted a large w for your last name and you have a blank powerpoint slide infront of you all you do is go to insert text box. Then type w into.the text box and center it. Then comes that timely part go.through.all the different fonts and colors until.you find a.combination that you like. Then you would.go insert again and.insert another text box. In this text box for example I would type my name jamie then again go through the colors and fonts. As for the damask designs these are honestly way too hard for.me to even begin to.explain how to make.them I pretty much used different shapes ands and angles on powerpoint and duplicated them. Hello Ladies, So I have searched through what seems like 100's of monograms for our wedding and then I finally decided I have until July 28th 2012, why would I pay someone to make this for me when I have so much time to try and make a few myself. And let me tell you I just can't stop now! All day long it seems all I have been doing is making my own monograms different colors fronts shapes sizes pretty much trying out every possibility you can think of. Then when I was showing a fellow bride at work she asked me to make her monograms for her wedding and I have actually now started a listing for custom monograms on Etsy. Hello ladies!! I and getting ready to send out the STD's with our date and DW location (Cancun, Mexico) and hotel info (Riu Caribe). Should get them sent out by the end of April. I wanted to let people know at least a year in advance so they could begin saving. Hey! I am a super planner and although my wedding is not till July 28th 2012 I am already way into my planning. My fiance and I are getting married at the riu caribe. I wanted to see if there are any other July 2012 brides out there! Hope to hear from you and hear all about your planning thus far! Thanks JBEAN and starrysim! I have kind of been worried about my dress because I bought it when we were planning to have our wedding at home. I was worried that its took much for a wedding in Mexico, but I have come to peace with the fact that I love it and cry every time I put it on lol.

Save the Dates 150.00 Custom made post cards on Etsy.com Wedding invites custom made passports 400.00 My Dress 1200.00 Travel w/air for a week 2500.00 The Actually wedding Day Royal Package at the all inclusive Riu Caribe 1600.00 Our Photographer and a Videographer (local cancun Vendor) 1500.00 ( and YES thats for all day coverage! Vendor fees for my photographer and videographer 400.00 Flowers for myself and 5 Bridesmaids 300.00 (real touch calla lillys 20 in bouquet with white ribbons with pears for me and 6 for my maids) So so far we are at 8050.00.... we are trying to stay under $10,000.00 my cake and everything else is included so all we have to get is oot bags together wedding party gifts and my fi's attire. I am 100% sure we can stay under 10,000!

I found and ordered my flowers, interviewed many photographers and found one we love! And all sorts of other things have come so easily..until we spoke with our first travel agent! Hi popo28! I have a remotely similar situation to yours. My father left my mother for my mothers best friend. And my fiance and I pretty much only talk to him when we have to and pretty much put on a show and do a lot of pretending around him. When I told him that his girl friend (my moms old best friend ) was not invited he pretty much said he was not attending in so many words. Then he tried to buy her invite to our wedding by offering us money. She is still not invited and to be honest I think its crazy that my father can't travel alone act like an adult for his daughters wedding. But whatever I don't care either way just so his girlfriend is no where nea my wedding or in Mexico for that matter. For your situation I do not know if I would skype it because sitting home not being there may upset him. I would suggest planning a visit and small get togeher with his friends and famiyl brim pictures and videos so they can relive the day with you! Hope this helps!!!!
