Hi ladies! I am on the hunt for cheap bottle openers for bags OOT bags! We stayed at the riu caribe for our engagement and we are going back for our wedding I remember re fridge always stocked with beers but no bottle openers we want to be prepared this time and also prepare our guests! Lol anyone have an ideas of where I can find any?

I would check out the Riu caribe. We got engaged there during a week long stay in September 2010. Now we are going back for our wedding. We choose the Royal package for our wedding which was 1600.00 usd. They have a more expensive on and a less expensive one from what we. Picked. They even have a "free" wedding package. It is in the hotel zone and not a far ride from the airport 15 min maybe? The beach at thishotel is beautiful and very large! They have ceremonies on the beach or at a beautiful white gazebo. Their spa is AWESOME! Hah a massage when we were there and I know ill be getting one again when we are there for our wedding! It is a kid friendly resort with a kids club. And it is all inclusive! Definitely check it out! I think you'll lobe it! I know we do!

They do also have decor and they are very reasonably priced! I don't have pictures just yet but there are tons of pictures on their website! I choose 20 real touch.calls.lillys for my bouquet then my bridesmaids will each.have 6. They wil show.the stems and have white.ribbons with a pearl seam! When they come in I can send you pictures!

I am having all my flowers custom made at wedideas.com. I am getting realey touch flowers first off they are cheaper and second I am too concerned that I will not like my flowers they put together for me there. I helped design the ones being made they send you pictures before they send the too you so i know I will love them!

Thanks JAYKAY! I actually worked on it today I thought i needed to add information on how to obtain a US passport. I thought about it and I think its great information that every bride should somehow get to their guests. I have already gotten loads of emails from friends and family without passports asking a million questions. So to clear everything up for everyone I added the info to the website and the video I found via youtube is easy to follow. So with that being said, I think of new things for it everyday so if anyone comes up with any new suggestions please let me know! Its the easiest way (in my opinion) to keep guests up to date so I'm trying hard to make it perfect for everyone!

Also I would try a store that carries estate jewelry my fi and I found my platinum wedding band with a caret of diamonds for 550.00! If you want a plain band for work buying estate jewelry might be a great option for you!

We are getting married at the riu caribe. The outside vendor fee is 200.00usd per person and after a month of emailing back and forth trying to avoid it I am realizing we will pretty much have to pay it. We are using him for photography and video so that's another 400.00 to add on : (

So as promised to the best of my ability (as it is easier for me to show people how to do something rather than explain in text) how to create your own DIY monograms! Okay so my best advice would be to use powerpoint if you are not already doing so. Start with a blank slide and insert each element of your monogram one by one. Say for example you would like to use the palm tree clip art as the main component of your back round you will want to insert this into the slide first. You are able to change the color of the clip art. What you would need to do is change the saturation level of color. (It sounds hard but its not) under the correction section of powerpoint you click on adjust and adjust the color as you please. After you have the palm trees at a color you like you can start the next element of your monogram. If you would like your names begin with yours. Click insert new textbox type your name and center it. Next you go through each font and color till you find your favorite combo. Repeat this step for your fiances name as well. Once you have both names the text should appear infront of the palm tree. If it does not click on the palm tree go to the size rotation and ordering section and click on layering. Click move to the back to bring both of your names infront of the palmtree. Add each of the elements as you did your names by clicking add text box. After you have everything you want in the right font color and position click edit select all and go back to the size rotation and order section. Click on grouping this time and click group. Your almost done! Now you are going to want to save the file as a jpeg. If you go to file save as go to the format section and select jpeg select where you want it saved to and name it. Click save and you are all done!! I hope this helps! Here are a few more samples of ones I have done for me and for others... Again hope this helps and good luck!! Jamie

Has anyone gone the black and white route. I want a black and white wedding even though we will be in Mexico. My maid or honor (my sister) is not having it and says black and white is ugly for a beach wedding has anyone had back and white or plans on black and white and regretted it or just the opposite loved it?
