Yeah I would try and come up wit another creative way to spread the word! If I think of something i'll let you know! And aaronlori it's so sad how selfish people can be sometimes especially your own family! I just look at it like 10 years down the road what will you remember the selfishness of others or the amazingly beautiful wedding you had....then 20 year then 30 and so on for me and my fi. We are.making it all.about us because that's how it should be we no longer care about others selfishness! Enjoy your dw. And don't let.others bother you!

That is awful!!! Do you have a wedding websites? Maybe you could post details to help them realize this is not just "some little party" I think familys have a hard.time understanding the whole de concept. We have been lucky our familys are.onboard and supporting us....but I know my friend who was just married in Mexico got a.lot of deal from her family and a similar response about her ahr we went and she ended up forgetting about people rude responses and we had a great.time!

I love how they turned out! Front: Back: I see your getting married in Jamaica, So my photographer will be of no help to you. But I did order real touch flowers already, and I have had a wonderful experience so far! I ordered from wedideas.com, and they are wonderful. I designed both my and bridesmaids bouquets. I am getting 20 white calla lillys for my bouquet with white ribbon and a pearl seam. Each of my bridesmaids will have 6 white calla lilys with white ribbon and a pearl seam. And their prices are great! I placed my order last month and I will not get my approval photos until Aug. So if you are getting real touch def. plan ahead for those! : )

Hey ladies, Since my bridesmaids are already spending a lot of money to attend my wedding host a shower, etc. I am trying to my best ability to limit their costs. I am looking for bridesmaids dresses for under $50.00. If I can find them for & 20.00 I will just buy them for them! Any suggestions? Hope to hear from you! Thanks!

I know we have a long way to go (it seems like forever away) but I just wanted to see if there are any crazy planners like me. Anyone else already book and put down payments on their Hotel? Photographer? Order flowers? Send out Save the dates? We are also already working on a bunch of DIY projects for the out of town bags. My friends and family think I am crazy, but I think it will be way better to get everything done now. That way a month or two before the big day all I have to do is relax... Or am I just insane? lol

I am finding that it is much cheaper for us to have a destination wedding. We are getting married at the riu caribe in cancun mexico and with flight a week stay and all our attire rings flowers etc. we should be at 10K (but hopefully a little under) We have done a great job so far finding deals so I feel pretty good about the costs of everything so far! : )

Hi ladies.... I have been trying to find fellow brides who are getting married or who have already got married at the riu caribe in cancun Mexico. I have been very unsuccessful. Then I tried finding others getting married at either of the other two riu hotels in the cancun hotel zone and again I have been unsuccessful... we all share a wc and I would love to share info with fellow brides but I can't find any! Is anyone out there??!
