Wendy, thanks so much for the excellent summary!!! Very helpful! I can't wait to leave for our wedding... i'm so excited/stressed, i just want to fast forward the next few weeks. i have recently had a bit of remorse about my dress (my fiance's aunt made it for me and i HATE IT), so i've had the added stress of looking for a new dress that doesn't require that many alterations. thankfully found something tonight that fit beautifully, just needed shortening.

i had the SAME issue with the spa (and to be honest it was really freaking me out) i had sent 3 emails within a 2 week timeframe with no response- so i located the Dreams Tulum page on Facebook, and this one guy who works at the hotel (not sure what his position is) his name is Luis, i PM'd him and told him what i wanted, and i received an email within an hour! my hair and makeup was one thing i was worried about... my bigger issue right now is that MY DRESS IS NOT DONE!!! i am freaking out!!! 22 days until we leave!

@Sheena 2011 I didnt get that promotion, but I had booked with Sunwing. The promotion we got was for every 11 people that booked, the 12th person was free.
