Hey Brides, here are our engagement photos. I love my photographer and as a gift my parents are flying her and her 2nd shooter to Jamaica and she will be with us for the weekend shooting our entire event. Thanks so much guys. Yea I was thinking because of the off season (our wedding is September 10th) it would be a little more difficult. Since there is only 30 of us I will try again closer to the wedding and just try to get some tables together for all of us to eat together.

Thank you, I am emailing now. I keep getting conflicting information. We have a party of 30 and just wanted a couple tables together for a rehearsal dinner.. Nothing fancy. I just wanted a meal together like you. I was told that a party that size couldn't be accommodating because some of the restaurants are closed and we already have the staff at one restaurant for our reception after the wedding so to have two large parties in one week wouldnt be doable unless we rented the space for $2500... But that doesnt make sense because id they book lots of weddings wouldnt they have lots of receptions too already??

Hey Everyone!! Gran Bahia 9-10-11, if anyone has any questions, ask away! We are having 35 guests and doing the free ceremony. Jamaica sent us these gorgeous tourist books(for free!!) so I am sending those and custom made luggage tags to everyone booked in August before we all leave. When we arrive everyone will get a welcome bag and personal thank you note. In our welcome bags: Aluminum Water Bottle Beach Towel Hangover/1st Aid Kit Chips/Candy Mini Rum Cake We aren't bringing any decor, we heard the resort does a great job already, so less for me to bring. For favors we are doing our favorite cookies from Alchemy by Carla Hall (hooty hoo chic from Top Chef) her cookies are amazing and come in the cutest mini tin. Perfect as a wedding favor. Other than that everything else is coming along. We are pretty much done other than buying the food items which we will buy right before we leave. Any questions, ask away. I've got a great list of vendors and websites for all this stuff!! Side Note- I've got extra multi-colored luggage tags if anyone needs some..

I'm slowly straying away from the norm too.. I think all of us might just meet at the pool bar or something..

Hey Brides.. What is everyone doing for a rehearsal dinner? Another bride and I are getting the run around... Chandlyn says to call 2 weeks before to make a reservation for 30 people but the PR person at the hotel says they don't reserve the restaurants for that big of a party without paying the close down fee of $2500... Any already marrieds do a rehearsal dinner or anyone getting close have any info?? Thanks!!

They look exactly like the Manolo Blahnik Something Blue shoe from Sex and The City the movie. I love them but failed to return them in enough time to get a bigger size. I have a MOH and 3 bridesmaids.. For them we did personalized canvas bags with a Ralph Lauren beach towel, Tiffany &Co Starfish Earrings and I had tanks made from www.bridalpartytees.com. For the best man and 3 groomsmen.. Flask with their initial and they each got a NFL tshirt with their favorite team and last name on the back.

$6k????? Lol, It better be the original from Amsale or Vera Wang! Although, hmmmmmm why post here if this forum is clearly for people who can't afford that amount and want knockoffs? I was quoted $499 from jasmines bridal.com and $1700 from someone on etsy. I'm waiting to hear back from a couple other sites I read about on this forum, I love this, such great reviews,
