I just wanted to check on this, and get a confirmation? Looking at the list of Wedding Optional Services 2011 there is a section for Private Functions: Private Wedding Function $400 per table of 10 guests Event includes function space, menu, 2 hours of open bar service. Additional hour of staff service is $60 per table. Any ideas? Is this optional services just a guideline or is there an extra charge per table for each hour over 2 hours?
