I am not having a wedding party, so no need for extra bouquets, I am adding a few more boutonnieres and corsages but that is all. For centerpieces I am using these cool lamps I bought at Pier 1 that are turquoise with starfish motif and also bought 24 hot pink votives. The package I am getting comes with two centerpieces and I am doing one long table, family style as there are only 25 of us. I plan to use centerpieces, votives, and 4 lanterns down the center of the table. Placing maracas at each place setting with colorful menu and chair sashes. I think that's it. I also don't want to haul suitcases full of stuff to Mexico. Hope this helps give you some other ideas. The only other thought I have...would it be possible to go to Puerto Moreles to get the limes and bring your own candles and lilly buds (fake)? How many additional boutonnieres and bouquets do you need?

Here are some thoughts from past brides that I made note of: Wedding Coordinator $50-100 DJ $50 Photographer $50-100 Videographer $100 Bartenders/Servers get the 15% tip already included so I'm not sure what to say to that. I clarified this with Travel Agent. It seems that a man, Jorge, not the wedding planner, does most of the tedious, laborious tasks so he most likely deserves something as well...maybe more than actual planner. So maybe $50 for him and planner. It starts to add up quickly.

The round of tables, are 72". Not sure about the rectangular, ones, and but that is what I'm talking using. There are 24 of us so I am doing one table, and family style. We are using our cocktail party hour as a welcome party on Friday night, and wedding is on Monday. We are getting married November 19th and our wedding is at 3 because I want to make sure sure to we can get a pictures at sunset after the ceremony. I am planning on moving the party down the beach to the beach bar for photos. I also wanted to be present for the cocktail party and with only 24 or 40 guests, and almost all all of them family, who I want there for pictures , and I figured there wouldn't be anyone at the cocktail party. I am using Anel also and she typically responds with two days when I email her. Try her directly and make sure that she knows how many guests you are having, and what your looking plan is. Let her guide the ceremony time.

T.W.O. months from today I will be a MRS! Absolutely can't wait but still have lots of little details to finish up. I was waffling about whether or not to do OOT bags but found what I was looking for at our local food co-op this weekend. :0) Have started gathering things a little here and there. I also work at a hospital and spoke to our pharmacist who can order all the little pharmacy items I am wanting for super cheap, yet another score. :0) Found cute shoes for flower girls at Target tonight and have little boy outfits almost complete. I figure if I get a few things checked off my list each week I will be good to go by November 13th (the day we fly to Denver)! So excited! Sorry for rambling, just can't contain myself. To all the people who have contributed to this forum, I can not thank you enough. I can't imagine planning a destination wedding without this. Truely invaluable!

Lindsey, Video is amazing! Don't even know you guys, but cried my eyes out as I watched it. :0) How expensive is Mike? And did you have to deal with all the crap of him being an outside vendor, etc.? Thank you, Melissa P.S. Thanks for continuing to be so involved in this forum! You have been helpful since day 1, with the videos from your site visit! All your information has been so helpful.
