This is really great info, do people have to get special permits or permission to wed on the beaches in costa rica?

Hello, I am new on here and there is a lot of good info. My fiance and I are planning our wedding in Puerto Viejo Costa Rica, but looking for a reasonable price on flowers (especially flower petals for the beach), cupcakes for our guests, and a guitarist for the ceremony. Any suggestions? Also, we would like to rent a wedding arch or tiki torches for the beach. Thanks so much! -
