  1. We aren't? That's weird I thought I had seen lots of threads with pictures of people's invites. An infraction lol that's no good next is detention you better watch out!
  2. If i was fairly certain they knew what they were doing. Woud you ever compete in a triathalon?
  3. Thanks ladies! I can't thank you two enough for all the advice, I never would have found TWJ if you hadn't recommended them to me.
  4. No I should have. We just moved and I was trying to find my little sewing kit cause that's where my measuring line thingy is but I'm still unpacking and trying to locate it. I should take pictures tonight..I'm only a week in. I'll make my finace do it! omg my back hurts so much from chest and back yesterday. And plyo today ahhh it definetly is the hardest video by a long shot!
  5. That's awesome Janet, all the stretching will hopefully help loosen your muscles up and heal even faster! Being injured can be such a pain P90X is def. not for the faint of heart! Some of the videos are much harder than others but I like it and I try to push myself as much as I can even if I look like a dork trying to do some of the stuff haha Cherazi - - - Don't beat yourself up so much! Scales lie to us, it's probably just water weight. If you really want to see how your body is changing you should consider just taking measurments of your waist, hips, leg, arm every week or 2. Scales are good to monitor large amounts of weight loss but they can vary by a few pounds...and you weigh differently at different parts of the day too!
  6. yes Would you ever ride on an elephant's back
  7. Just booked out date on a private beach in Montego Bay, January 18, 2012. I'm so excited, and so glad I decided to go with TWJ!!!
  8. Good luck Janet! Yoga is an awesome way to ease into things. I do P90X as well! I did it after my daughter was born and only did it like 1/2 the time but it still worked well. I just started last week, but it's def. kicking my butt so far. And I agree, even though it is hard to fit in working out that much, it's nice to be able to do it at home! Diamond Girl: The program is set up so you work out 6 days a week and on the 7th day there is an optional 'stretch' video, or you can just rest. The workout take anywhere from an hour to 1 1/2 hours.
  9. 1/2" is awesome in 2 weeks! I think it's really hard to lose that little bit of weight when you're already pretty small, definetly in that boat too. I don't even care if I lose weight actually lol I just want to have a perfectly flat tummy and that would make me oh so happy!! It'll be fun to take your 30 day picture and compare!
  10. I hope you're feeling better today! The program really does kick your ass but that's awesome you are sticking with it, that take a LOT of will power! It's definetly not good to starve yourself so I would for sure up your calorie intake if you feel that exhausted! Do you put your exercies into loseit.com too? Cause then maybe they'd up your calories on there. Kenpo last night - - - my legs haven't stopped hurting since I did Plyometrics last week tuesday haha, good thing today isn't anything with legs I need them to recouperate so I can do Plyo AGAIN tomorrow, yuck. I did skip yoga last week too, I just don't have time to work out 6 days a week I have a full time job, a 9 month old, and we just moved...and I have a wedding to plan...I could go on lol.
  11. Try not to worry too much! The resort is beautiful and your wedding will be fantastic. I agree with Princess J - it's much easier to get answers from them if you call and well worth the long distance fees! It does suck that they try to penny pinch and charge you extra for everything but I think it would be really difficult to find a place that doesn't try to do so. I I dsafd sadfa The resort is really soooo nice though and you DID make a good decision. I have switched to Tropical Weddings Jamaica only because I have a small party and really really want a private reception and ceremony and it just wasn't possible at Iberostar. But, i literally researched Jamaica's resorts for days on end before I chose the one I did. We're still staying there and I KNOW they throw totally fabulous weddings, previous bride's pictures speak for themselves. I have read from other ladies on the forum that no you can't use a microphone unless you rent out the restaurants, and I believe you would have to rent it out to have your choice in music. They can't stop you from dancing in there, but I don't know that they'd clear a space. And like Princess J said I wouldn't pay for an open bar or private bartender. There's no reason you can't give one of the staff members an overly generous tip to run drinks for your party
  12. No If given the opportunity, would you ever travel into outer space?
  13. Hey ladies, I'm not sure if there's any other January 2012 brides on her but I have 200 extra of these cards: They are the size of business cards and I'm putting them in plastic inserts attatched to lanyards so my guests can keep their room key, tip money, ID, etc with them and they'll be waterproof! It's kind of hard to read in the picture but it says: I take you to carry key and tip money, for pool or barstool, for sauced or for sober, in heat and in humidity, until I depart. The back says Name: and Room number: with a blank line next to each so each guest can fill in their info and they won't get confused with someone elses. Let me know if you want any I'll send them to you for the price of shipping!
  14. Thanks I'll have to do so, I love Maggie Sottero dresses they're so many beautiful ones! I'm hoping to find one similar to mine that is a little less expensive but I love this one and it looks well worth 1300$ to me!
