Hello Ladies! I am also getting married at the GP on April 23, 2012! I am very excited but starting to panic. I have not been in touch with a wedding coordinator yet. My fiance and I have been communicating with Glendon, the manager of the Wedding Department but the last time we corresponded was in November. All we've settled is the deposit to secure the wedding date and we signed the wedding contract. I am going to call because I recently sent an e-mail and have not heard back from him yet. There's ONLY 3 MONTHS LEFT!!! So for all you ladies getting married this April 2012, can you PLEASE give me some feedback as to what you have accomplished so far in terms of the planning (i.e. reception, ceremony, flowers, hairstyling, etc.)? This would be so helpful! Thanks girls and happy planning:)

Hello all! I am also considering getting married at a Sunset Resort site, but have a hard time deciding between Sunset Beach Resort and Spa in Montego Bay and the Sunset Jamaica Grande in Ocho Rios. I have read great reviews from the Montego Bay site, and I love the covered terrace for a reception. I heard that the staff is very professional and the site is clean and maintained. What I like about the Ocho Rios site is the gazebo!! I love how there is a long walk way that leads to the gazebo, which is right by the water. I like the size of the gazebo. I think I will be 50+ guests attending. I have heard some mixed reviews about Ocho Rios, however. And, I have not seen many pictures or information regarding their weddings. Has anybody been there for a wedding, or visited the site? I want to hear your thoughts please! Need to decide soon! Thanks! Brighteyes
