I have not seen the 2013 price sheet but personally I do not think that you need to rent out the restaurants unless you really want to. We did not rent out Aunt Rubys and I am so glad we didn't there was hardly anyone else there and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. So glad I saved all that money by not making it private! As far as a reception on the beach I do not remember the details but it was extra money to have it on the beach. There were a few nights that I don't think the meal on the beach would have been much fun due to the wind and sand blowing into your drink etc. yuck! Just my opinion but keep that in mind if you are looking at doing the reception and meal on the beach.

Our bartender stuck around for the 2 hours that I had the DJ, even though I payed for 1 hour of bar. I do know that people were actively tipping his so this might have made a difference.

Erinmc I did exactly this. I tried on quite a few dresses so i knew what i wanted and what looked best on me. I found a pic online but could not find the real dress anywhere close enough to be able to go. I was not going to fly across the country to try on a dress! Anyways i took the gamble and ordered the dress i saw online from Jasmines bridal figuring worst case i would still have plenty of time to find something else and i didnt spend a fourtune. It came in and could not be happier! So if you know what looks good on you and what your looking for i would say go for it! Good luck i hope you have the same experience i did!

I would just shoot them an email out linning your itenerary. You dont need the final details sheet.. This is what i did and found they had certain times for dinner etc, which was no big deal but then i knew at least as i went forwrd planning i knew and any suprises should be minimal.

Thanks for your response. I am excited that the water around the hotel looks like that! So with the catamaran can you plan to take it out anytime, anywhere for free? I have always been confused reading about it The underwater shots were right off the beach at the hotel. Even the beginning of the video is the water right next to the hotel. It wasn't stock footage. The videographers took it upon themselves to go snorkling with the camera for the footage. As far as the boat, it's the free catamaran rental. They really went above and beyond what we could have expected. To be honest, when we were in the water, we never thought the video would end up as clear as it did.

Ok so the 18 dollars is that the 18 dollars that they charge per person over the 8 provided in the package cost or a different $18 dollars? As far as I know anyone at the Suites has access to the Beach property

Why don't you get married at the suites?

We are doing a TTD session afterwords. I am super excited, my fiancee not so much as he does not like having his picture taken but I think it will be a fun time for the two of us the day after to be together and kind of relive the day before just less stressful and hectic.

@clonedtwice. I am really glad to hear that it turned out great! I have been debating between this or hiring digipix to videotape since they seem to be the most resonable.
