Hello, All I am sort of new to the website. I am rarely on here, but I know this is a good website to use because I know a lot of ladies are really helpful. I really need some help because I am stuck in a way. My wedding is December of next year but I just signed a group contract for Beaches Sandy Bay and I found out that the reception options that they offer are a little pricey. :-( I was wondering from any past and present brides what options have you chose and or alternatives? What vendors are you using as far as a DJ etc.? I just don't exactly how to stretch my money so to speak as far this wedding goes. So some help would be greatly appreciated from any ladies. Thanks. :-)

I know we haven't posted on here in a while BUT I have a couple of questions for you since I see you already booked your wedding. I am supposed to book beaches Sandy Bay today and I wanted know what reception option did you choose and what were your prices like? Also did you do the free wedding package.

Hello, The way I was able to find it is I just typed in Riu montego Bay in the search box and the forum popped up. It is the SECOND one. The first one is the thread that we are on. The second one is the one I think you will want to read. I hope this helps. :-)

Lua, How cost effective was it for yuor guest to attend? How much did it run you per person? I am asking because I want to make it affordable for my guest as well. :-) Thanks for your help.

I have heard many great things about them. I think RIU Montego Bay has a forum as well. I was going to have my wedding there but we have decided to have it at the RIU in Negril.

First I would just like to say congrats to all the brides. :-) Also I am new to the website so I am still trying to figure a lot of things out, but I wanted to respond to this post. My FI and I decided to have a destination wedding because it really just felt right.
