I did have to pay for the centerpieces, I'm pretty sure it was 45$ a table, but to do it again I would save the 45$ and just do the pedals and candles. Everything is so beautiful already and you really only sit at the tables to eat for like an hour. Just my opinion, everyone has different tastes And I only had 4 tables I had to pay for the centerpieces because the one at the head table is included with the package.

Here are two pictures of my guestbook table. I had a guestbook and signature frame. The second picture is with the mini-tequila favours put out for everyone to take after they signed Hope this helps you. This table was the first one to the right by the bar when you walked into the dinner area.

Hola Ladies!!!! I just got back from my wedding and vacations yesterday!!!! I will be putting a full review on here soon, still getting back to "normal" swing of things at home first. I have to say my wedding was amazing, I married my best friend, which was the most important thing in the world no matter what else happened. With that said, there were a few hiccups, which I will explain in my review. BUT there always will be no matter how hard you plan or where your wedding is. My husband and I would not change our decision to get married at LC and our guests absolutely loved it and are still raving about it!!! I have some pointers and advice for all you future brides that I will get to in good time, don't worry not too long, just need to get settled back in at home. AND I will post pics of everything too because we had the most amazing photographer and I already have my photos!!!!! Cheers ladies and we'll talk soon!!!!!

Oh yeah and on the quote form, I would say yes there are some more costs you may not see on there. I know I was quoted around 9000 on there in the beginning and now that we are 5 days away it is at 10375.00 and we have less people coming then I originally quoted. BUT this is really based on what you would want, my cake was more because of what I wanted, I added the bows for the chairs, an extra girl to come over early, extra bouquet for toss, extra centerpiece for guestbook table, colored table runners. That kind of stuff and you don't see that stuff on the original quote. Just a thought for you ladies Happy Planning!!!

Just a thought for you girls waiting to book, if you look at the wedding calendar now it will tell you if they have lots of weddings going on and that would be why you haven't had a speedy reply. I know this weekend and next week they are pretty slammed with back to back weddings so I'm guessing that would be part of the reason you haven't heard from them yet. When we booked our deposit a 1 year and half ago I did call them as I didn't want to do that over email. Hope this is helpful/comforting for all of you

JayKay that is horrible to hear, but I am so glad you are focused on the postive!! because like you said, the two of you is all that really matters at the end of the day I've been telling myself all along no matter what happens, rain or shine, I'm marrying my other half. I'm glad I've been telling myself that because with 322 dry sunny days a year in Puerto Vallarat it's suppose to randonly rain on wednesday.... our wedding day LOL. I will only laugh about it if it does.... oh well marrying my best friend seems more important. I am still going to have warm happy thoughts for warm happy days Also I believe some form of drama happens no matter what at weddings, it's just how you deal with it that matters most Can't believe we're more than half-way through our month ladies!!!!

You can arrange for the guys to come over earlier in the afternoon with the staff and do your photos then. If you look back through this thread there are some of the girls who talk about doing this. We're actually aren't doing that, but we're not crazy about a million different poses or anything either so we're hoping to get them all in the hour. My fiance is kinda being silly about the whole not seeing me until the ceremony... even the night before! We are technically married already and have a 2 year old son... 9 DAYS!!!!!!! Getting married at Las Caletas in 9 DAYS!!!!! I finally it the single digits!!!! YAY!!!!

Well today was our legal ceremony! I guess I am technically a married woman now lol Now I'm really starting to get excited about our "real" wedding! 11 days!!!

mllek... that is too funny (to me) about the MIL. We are having our legal ceremony this friday and our two witnesses, my BM and fiance's cousin, are sworn to secrecy. We already knew the MIL would FREAK, and I'm talking lose it not come to the wedding freak, if she knew we were "legally" married here without her. She does live 8 hours away from us so I'm not too worried about her finding out. We've been telling her we are going to be legally married down there and know she won't know the difference. LOL I hate lying, but it was just not worth it to tell her. We are totally wearing jeans and t-shirt and not having a dinner or anything after lol... purely legal... that's all lol

Just booked our honeymoon!!!!! We're going to Jamaica 10 days after we get back from our wedding!!!!! Soooooo excited now!!!! But a little worried about leaving my son for the first time for that long I have to do this though... that's what my fiance says lol

Yeah I totally agree, packing seems to be consumed by wedding stuff. I'm 2 suitcases in and both are full of OOT and wedding stuff and I haven't even packed our CUPS yet!!!!! lol Thank goodness we get 6 suitcases between myself, fiance and son!!! I hoping to get son and fiance in one suitcase too.... fingers crossed I keep telling myself two more weeks, two more weeks and we'll be outa here!!! Cannot wait, especially after having to redo my DIY programs THREE times... Our officiant changed, then I put prelude twice, ahhhhh!!! All good now, fixed and packed!!! OMG just finished packing my FIRST suitcase with OOT bags and stuff, ceremony stuff and wedding party gift stuff!!!! YAY!!!! I am thinking I may need more suitcases than I thought lol.... Cannot believe I'm leaving for Winnipeg in 2 weeks and flying out in 16 days!!!! Yay!!!!

Have you tired calling??? I would be calling now and saying ok here's some questions I need answered. I had done this with Annie last week after not hearing back by email. I did later find out that I was emailing the wrong address, she had two one was before she had an AdventureWedding one and that's the one I was emailing without realizing it. I would call though, especially SO close!!!!

I truly sorry to hear about the father drama going on. That must be really hard to deal with so close to your big day. I would try as hard as possible to focus on yourself and fiance and make the best of it. I would probably have a breaking point that I would say to everyone either get a long and "pretend" for my sanity or don't come at all. It's a really hard situation and feel very badly for you that you are in it Try and have an amazing trip and even more beautiful wedding day. It's really starting to hit me that we're leaving in 22 days and I have sooooo much to do still. I've been focused on our wedding social for tomorrow night that I have let other wedding things slide for far too long!!!! I'm going to be making a list whenever I have a minute to get my thoughts together and figure out all I have left to do!!!! Happy wedding days ladies, they're all coming up fast!!!!
