I hope all your fittings go well! 12 freaking days! Freaking me the heck out!! I went to the post office last night to FINALLY mail my brochures and luggage tags and stupid me didnt realize it was deadline for taxes! The line was like 30 people deep!! Needless to say I did not wait and have to go back today to mail them out. I should have definitely mailed these out earlier....oh well. Tonight I am going to print my welcome books, hoping we dont run out of ink and put together the oot bags. Panic has definitely set in!

Yes, the white chair covers are included in all the packages. You can also bring your own decor & the WC will set them up at no additional cost. (I was also on the webinar if anyone else has any questions)

I told him to pick the shoes and that obviously isn't working lol! 16 days!! - saying 16 days really makes me panic to think of everything we have to do still! We leave on Sunday the 29th and come home on the 8th. When do you leave?

Same here..all the guys need to pick out shoes and we still need to pick the music for the reception. I am having a hard time with that!

Wow, congratulations on graduating! Your right, I keep focusing on the drinks on the beach too! What does everyone else still have to do? I mailed out my thank you cards from my shower yesterday. Today I plan on addressing my envelopes for the brochures & luggage tags and mailing them tomorrow. I am trying to do a little everyday!

I will be attending the webinar & here are the questions that I have so far... Thanks! - What do we do if it rains? (We are booked at the Spice Terrace which is outside) - How many seats can fit in the gazebo? - For our cocktail hour can we have one of the special monkey drinks made as a surprise for everyone?(25 guests) - Do I have to bring flowers if we want the cake decorated with them(docs say we do)? - Do I choose the cake when we get there? - Is there a taste testing before the wedding? - Is there a rehearsal for the ceremony the day before? If so, what time & who organizes this? - Who puts out all my items? (place settings, chair sashes, maracas) - Can we use the same chair sashes(I am bringing) for the ceremony and reception? (who sets them up?) - Do I leave the items I bought there or assign someone to collect them after or will the WC do this for me? - Do we keep the centerpieces? - After our ceremony can I reserve seats for the theater for the Micahel Jackson show for all my guests to sit together?

lliaPSU - Sorry, I left you out.I didnt realize you were Friday! CONGRATS!! Hope your days is amazing! I completely agree about the wedding planner. After I received that it took so much worry away & was so relieved. Not sure why they dont send that baby out sooner or in the beginning.

It definitely has been crazy. After a few breakdowns I am ready for Mexico! lol YAY 24 days! I cant believe how fast the time has flown by!

Dont worry. It will all get done but I do feel the same way. I have been super stressed!! We leave April 29th & this weekend we just moved into a new house so I have no time to get any wedding projects done. On top of that I had my shower Saturday and still need to send out thank you cards along with my pre-travel brochures and luggage tags! UGHH! My dress is done and I pick it up on the 23rd all packaged & ready for travel. Its gonna be hard not to peek at it or take it out! Hope everyone planning is going well and we are finishing up on everything!

WOW, I have not been on since Friday(I moved-stressed as a mother!!) and had to read up on 8 pages worth!! Iciz - your pics are amazing! You are gorgeous & you both look so happy! Thanks for the heads up about the bill. My FI would have just paid it too. I thought you had to pay the wedding off 24 hours before the big day, guess that has changed. MsBlissMpls- so glad that you are finally hearing from N and you leave FRIDAY!!!! Exciting! I hope everything works out for you & you have a beautiful wedding! Congrats to all the April brides...May is just around the corner!! We leave on April 29th - May 8th and I will be on the lookout for weddings to watch before ours lol!

Iciz - I was just looking over my info & I have a question for you that I am still not sure what we are gonna do yet. Did you tip anyone?!? N?? There are tons of threads here that say tip everyone to tipping the officiant to the bartenders & waiters. Honestly, I cant see going all out...the budget is already getting crazy. Was just curious what you guys did.

And I completely agree, Iciz- you are awesome for giving us all the details while your still there! Hoping the weather has been beautiful for you & theres not rain. I was curious what we would do if it rains on the wedding day. Especially since our reception is on the spice terrace.

llciz I am so happy for you guys!! Thank you so much for the review...thank god your husband took a nap so you could catch us up! lo! It sounds like you had a beautiful wedding minus a few snags. Your pics are beautiful! Love your dress! Wish I was there now I also was curious what kind of cake you had & also did you have to take down anything you had brought with you(chair sashes etc) after the reception & did you keep the centerpieces? I cant remember if you had a DJ or not, if you did were they good? We are also getting married in the gazebo because of the wind and also I think my guests may enjoy the shade as well! Do you remember how many seats fit in the gazebo? I know its kind of small & was curious if everyone would have a seat at our ceremony. Cant wait to see more pics & congrats MRS.!!!! For the menu we chose 1 of the options for the silver & everyone will have that but 1 vegetarian dish. Originally, I was told that everyone gets the same dish. Maybe that has changed?? We also have been to EPM before and stayed in the swim-up rooms twice. I didnt have an issue with privacy. The 1st time we stayed in one of the buildings where we were the only ones ever in our pool. It was one of the smaller pools between the buildings, not the main pools. I felt so bad for the bartender at the bar because no one was ever there lol! The 2nd visit we had a swim-up room by the main pool(lazy river) it wasnt as private as the 1st time but we didnt have a problem with it. It was great to hop out, run to our bathroom(lol), order room service if we didnt want to get out of the pool & eat on the patio. You can still bare it all walking around in your room if ya want, just gotta shut the curtains!! For us personally we think the Excellence club is a waste...you dont really get anything different. All the rooms are the same for the most part & we didnt feel the need to pay extra for what, a lounge that I have never seen! We booked a roof top terrace room this time only because of the fact that we wont have any alone time so if we need to get away we can hide out on our roof! I actually didnt know they upgrade the rooms...now I wonder if we shouldn't have booked the rrt...
