This list & excel sheet are awesome! Great ideas from everyone, thanks! I was debating on doing OOT bags as well but after reading this I am going too. The hardest part for me will be finding a perfect bag. When do you give these bags to your guests? I was not planning on meeting everyone as soon as they arrived. The resort gives you champagne & wet towel while you check-in & then they will be walked to their room. I want to make sure they have the full check-in experience without me bothering them. Should I wait till after they settle in? I also read on a thread that some resorts will charge you if you want to put the bags in their rooms before they arrive. Not sure about this though... I have plenty of time & this is what I am worried about!! lol!

spaterson Congrats!! I am waiting for my TA to send me my group contract. Hopefully I get it today or tomorrow. Have you been to Excellence Punta Cana before? I have only been to the one in Mexico(Playa Mujeres) and fell in love with it. I am sure it is just as beautiful!!!!

Congrats fellow May brides! It will definitely be here before you know it. The only thing I have done is order my std's which wont be in until sometimes in April.

kdziadosz congratulations!!! Sounds like you had a beautiful wedding! I am doing everything the same except for the ceremony will be in the gazebo. Same vendors as well. I am glad to hear the DJ was great. I heard good & bad reviews so this definitely made me feel better! Question, how long did you book Juan for and did the flower the spa put in your hair wilt throughout the daynight? I am doing a flower as well and was now thinking of going fake.

I have a stupid question... I am doing a flower with no veil but I just assumed I would order a flower & what color from the resort. Do you normally not use a real flower? I see everyone has gorgeous fake ones & now I am wondering if I should be looking online for a fake flower now. confused

My vote is #2. I agree, try the dress on & see which looks better. Btw - you look beautiful in your dress!
