I also want cobalt blue shoes but more of a sling backsandal. Those are cute but $300 UGH!! Zappos & Endless.com has some similar but they are around the same price. Maybe check eBay? I do like the dyeable shoe idea. Much cheaper & a ton to choose from. Tks kellygrrrl!

Hey ladies, Since planning this wedding I realize I can NOT make any decisions without over analyzing everything. lol! I am trying to figure out what color to get for my dress. White, Ivory/Pewter Accent? If FI wears a white shirt & I get ivory will my dress look dirty in pics? Or if I go with white will it look too bright? Anyone have any thoughts or what they are doing. Still haven't had the dress moment but I am pretty sure I am going with this dress since I can't stop thinking about it & am comparing everything I try on to it.

I started looking for dresses & asked the sales woman how much time I had since I am having a hard time. She said about 9 months out is usually what they recommend. But most the shops I have been to have the clearance racks which as beachbum21 said would totally work!

I hear you on that. I have a boat load of links, pics, etc saved that I want to get for when I have somewhat of a head count! Will have to cut some stuff out before then but the ideas you get from here is a bit overwhelming. I see one thing & think I am doing that then you see someone else do something else & I want to do that now...its crazy!!! Good luck with your planning!!

Congrats on finding your dress!!! I have been searching for mine... We are putting our deposit down on a photographer this weekend. I just ordered from vista print maraca tags & luggage tags. My 1st attempt with the luggage tags were awful. Will probably order the maracas next week.I figured I should start doing a few things now so I don't have to do everything the month before lol! The hardest issue I find is not knowing the head count yet. I have no idea how many things I need especially for the oot bags! How is your planning going? Do you have a pic of your dress?(not sure if it was in the dress thread) Today is exactly 11 months for me! Time is really flying by!

I sent about 55 STDs in April & 2 people told me a definite NO so I am sending everyone the invitation except for those 2 people. I did not have an RSVP on my STDs though so I feel like I kind of have to send out the invites to everyone even to the few people who were not sure about going. Things could change for them in a few months I guess. I figure I would send out the invites around July(I want the air to be out). We only had 3 couples book when they got their STDs & I thought we would have a ton more! At least for a deposit!! It can be very frustrating. I still think no one is really going but you can't worry about it. No matter who is there it will be amazing!! I am hoping I will get a decent amount of my RSVPs but after reading on here it doesnt seem that promising! lol!
