I am getting married May 3rd. Right before ya! There really isn't a right or wrong I dont think. Its kind of what do you want to do really. Most of my guests think since its a DW that I need to know everything way ahead of time. What I did was I sent my STDs out in April(13 months). I have a room block good until November so I wanted to give my guest at least 3 months to book. I actually sent my invitations out on the Aug 5th(2 weeks ago) with an RSVP date of Nov 1. As it gets closer to Nov and depending on how many rsvps i get back I will probably send out a reminder post card(made from VP) or something. Somehow will word it with guest still can book after the Nov mark but I need to know if your coming...not sure, that will be a headache! I honestly feel that if you dont know if you are going by November then chances are you are not going. Even for the late bookers you pretty much know if you are going or not months before hand. Thats just my opinion though! I have not heard of stylish scribe but I did do passport invites too. 2 weeks YAY! Congrats! I have 2 weeks left but will take a week off and start over. Let me just say I was cracking up reading this. I cant stand Drea!!! The one thing that annoys me most is she goes Tony "how about if I push off with my heel instead of my foot?" Like shut up!!!! Her Drea roll is lame too! LOL! I pray she is not in the next series. Keep pushing play ladies!

I feel your pain. I booked my May 2012 wedding back in February and have booked La Luna(sister company). I notified the WC at Excellence of this with the hours & their info in case they needed it. Excellence even responded with an OK, NO PROBLEM. Then I find out months later on here that they are no longer allowed. I had to contact Excellence myself & have them tell me just "sorry we changed our policy" & thats it!! Basically oh well. I am furious and the fact that they changed their policy randomly & only pertaining to Del Sol is ridiculous. If they want to change it fine(still bs) but the people who already booked & confirmed with the resort I think is very unfair and not right. Now it has me wondering what other "policies" they would change from now till May.... I suggest change resorts or pick a new photog Good luck to you loreli79

Wow, I completely forgot about this. I guess I have to find out if my resort does long tables or round but I am definitely not assigning the seats, just the tables. If anyone has made any up already I would love to see for ideas.

I would suggest you email your WC with all your questions you have at once. Mine and most usually respond within a week sometimes 2. You dont have to wait until a month to get all your answers.

Love it. Looks so comfortable & great for a DW!! If you want a train you could have it longer. I personally think it looks great the way it is, I plan on chopping my train off when it comes in. Its really what you want!

Since I love looking at threads with pics I thought I would share my cards. I was going to make DIY bridesmaid cards but I really am not crafty & just didn't have it in me so I had Rebecca (Allurements by Rebecca) make them for me. As always she did an amazing job!!! As you will see I had to tie the ribbons myself and had a heck of a time, all 3 are tied different! lol! Enjoy! Here are all 3 Cards not tied. Inside with different saying

Your dress is so pretty! I am working on my OOT bag items. So far I have bought: small aloe bottles (20), small spf 30 proof (15), mini lint rollers(15) all from target in their travel section. Still need to find bags & get the rest of the items but I think its too soon. I dont want to buy advil etc.now & have it expire before we go! I also am holding off on the bag purchase until I have a better head count. I had a heck of time trying to figure out how many to get for the 3 things I purchased. As you can see I was going to go with 20 then thought 15 may be better! lol! I really have no idea.... I sent my invites last week(52) & had my "will you be my bridesmaid" cards done. Also have the luggage tags done. Hoping to make it to Staples or Office Max one of these days to see if they have the holders.

I have not book flight yet but I keep looking every week in hopes of a price drop. I am hoping maybe in the winterfall they will drop...not too sure when we are gonna book them though! A dress nightmare sorry... My dress has not even came in yet! They told me like NovemberDecember & I cant wait. I hope I have enough time in case there is an issues. I definitely know I need cups & alterations!
