I agree! that dress suits you so well! I'm sad to say the Maggie dress i dreamed of looked better on the hanger. I got lost in the dress....it over powered me.....I was looking at the Monica Marie. thats a good idea! My FI never has a big carry on (I do, cause I always pack too much lol) so I will just get him to pack the small suit case with stuff! if i still need more room, i will ask my mom and dad or wedding party to spread things out I promised myself i would try to plan every outfit for this trip to pack lighter but when the time comes (only 8 more months YAY) I know i will still have too much. Plus we are going for 2 weeiks so its double trouble hahahah

I am still in the begining stages so i dont even know how much of anything I will have but i am already assuming a lot hahaha especially since I am reading all these planning journals and i know i have lots of stuff to do These are great ideas.....I will talk to my girls and see how we can split things up! I'm sure my mom and dad wont mind either. I just wasnt sure if anyone had maybe arranged with the WC at the destinations to ship bigger stuff there but there is so much risk in doing that, i dont think i would want to take that chance personally :S

Hi Ladies...not sure this is the right spot to post this? This may be a stupid question but how are all you ladies transporting all your stuff like OOT bag contents, favors, decoration etc....I have so many great ideas but when i add it all up i may need an extra 2 suit cases just to bring it all with me!!! Are you arranging with the WC's at the resort to ship the stuff there? I would worry it would get lost of misplaced? Any help or suggestions or your own experience would be great!!

You are so right Nan! I have heard the same... All this planning, day and night, every day! I'm not going to know what to do with myself when its all done! this planning is consuming my life but in a good way...i am enjoying every minute. I know once we get back I will be busy with thank you notes for a little while and putting together my wedding scrapbook but I am not sure that is going to cut it LOL

Thats a fantastic idea! great way to extend the fun!! FI and I are staying a second week but by ourselves. The first week we are with our whole wedding group for the entire week so thats plenty LOL I will be happy to have my FI errr husband by that point all to myself for a honeymoon week

I'm not sure if you got your answers yet? I am getting married in Oct at PPC. According to my travel agent, golf inclusions depends on the tour operator you book with. Either way A round of golf is apparently very reasonable. You should check with your tour operator though

I'm going dress shopping on Friday for a dress and I really hope to be a Maggie Bride! I have my inspiration dresses printed and most of them are Maggie's. My fav is the Monica Marie but I cant find it anywhere!! no stores locally carry a sample for me to try on that makes me sad!

Was your/will your honeymoon be at a place special to you both or somewhere brand new to you both? special. we travelled to Paradisus Punta Cana for our anniversary which is why we are getting married there and staying for our honeymoon. its paradise 27. Living together: Not before marriage or absolutely before marriage? we live together...the only way i think it should be done these days! 29. Anything else about marriage you'd like to say? Hi jillbu1 I dont have all the info since i am still piecing things together but if you are not happy with any of the packages that come "pre-made" then the extras can start to add up. They usually include a bouquet for you which is usually just white or ivory roses and a matching boutoniere for the groom so if you want any other flowers and flowers for the rest of the wedding party then that costs more. Most of these packages dont have centre pieces on the tables. They also sometimes limit the type of alcohol that will be available. I am having my reception on the beach but if i wanted to privatize a restaurant then there are costs for that as well. It really depends what you are looking for i guess. If you have under 24 guests and you are ok with the packages they provide as-is then you wont have to worry about extra expenses

Hi amyUGA My FI and i have actually been to the PPC. I have travelled a lot and have honestly never been to a resort more beautiful then this one! It was an easy decision for us. We considered other resorts and even looked at PPR but even looking at all the other pics we still werent sold on anything else. The PPC also seems to have better rates so that helps for your guests and for you Good Luck on your decision. if you have any questions about PPC let me know

Thanks for all the nice welcome wishes! You are SO right, the ideas here are endless. I am making lists, taking notes and trying to do things one thing at a time....My dress is next on my hit list. LOL i go shopping on the 11th and i am so excited but also nervous. I hope i dont have a hard time finding the right dress but i wont stress about it and I havent closed my mind off to any styles so hopefully that will help
