This is great ladies! I find a ton of stuff online only to get cushed by shipping so i have to go back to the drawing board! this is helpful you ladies rock! If i can get organised enough to do this and a little bit of luck as well I am going to try to gather everything i need from one or two sites so that even if i have to pay $50 bucks in shipping i have an order significant enough that it still makes sense. hopefully it works out i only have or feel like i have 72 million things to buy LOL

I am going to buy my dress next Saturday. I have tried on about 50 and keep going back to the same one...so it must be it! LOL i Never got that "feeling" but thats cause I always question myself LOL Its also my birthday so it will be a nice bday gift I agree with you though....i think once that big purchase is made It will sink in that everything will need to start to happen and October will come fast!

The beauty of PPC is unlike anything I have ever seen or experienced. I have travelled A LOT and have been to RIU's, Majestics etc from Jamaica to Cuba. FI and I went to PPC for our 2 year dating anniversary and I fell in love instantly from the minute i got off the bus. The resort is breath taking, the people were fantastic, the grounds are clean and well kepts and the rooms were fantastic. I cant speak for the regular rooms because we stayed in the Reserve but I have heard the Jr Suites are great and have been recently renovated and updated. I have nothing bad to say about PPC which is ultimately why FI and I decided to get married there in October...I cant wait to go back! I am counting the days, minutes and seconds good luck with your choice

OH MY! I seriously LOVE that necklace!!! its so beautiful. What kind of dresses will they be wearing? Something hopefully that will show that baby off LOL I hope some of my friends will be getting married when i am done mine so I can help them plan, that would be nice. Most of my friends are already married though! Maybe I just need to start a business here as a wedding/event planner

Good to know! I am considering a bigger gown that is heavier then the traditional DW dresses! I am looking at getting the hoop that you can wear under the dress to help with walking and so i dont have to kick my feet up when walking with the bigger skirt You look beautiful and i have the same wedding colors Do you have a planning thread on here that i can see or something?

I'm in the same boat. the only thing i pretty much have done is picked my colors and send out my invitations :-S Crazy when i see it written down like that LOL I think i found my dress...i have tried like 30 on and keep going back to the same one! so i think i will go buy it next Saturday. its my birthday so it will be a nice birthday present at the same time hahaha i have all the paper work from my resort so i need to take the time to sort through all my options and pick everything i want. My Wedding folder is HUGE and full of inspiration, the trick is putting it all together

We are getting married at Paradisus Punta Cana on October 25th 2011 at 4:00pm We cant wait!! we still pretty much have EVERYTHING left to do LOL but most of the ideas are in place and just need to be put in motion

I'm starting to think maybe i should have an AHR so i can have something to do and plan when i get back LOL my FI would probably kill me though and think I am crazy we are spending enough money on the DW

I have many more sleeps to go but I know it will get here soon enough! I still have a million things to do so i am glad in a way that its still 8 months away! Let me know how everything goes. And have a birthday drink for me while you are on the beach

awesome! I am flying with Transat as well out of Canada I will give my TA a call to ask her about all of this. I will need all the luggage allowance i can get and probably a car just for the luggage to get it to the airport hahaha
