I was maid of honour for my friend last January. She got married at the Majestic Elegance...in my opinion, for what you pay, the resort really isnt that special. The Dreams looks realy nice though but i have never been so i cant comment directly. One of my friends boyfriends is a photographer so i am paying for his trip and he is doing all of my photography. I have no idea about music yet...the resort prices dont add up and i am waiting for my WC to get back to me about this...i will keep you posted good luck in your choice and let me know what you decide

Yup! I promised myself I will start journaling my food this week and watch my portion sizes and calories and also going to incorporate excercise...i have a pretty bad injury that i am trying to recover from so i cant do any high paced workouts right now which sucks so i think i will start with yoga.

I would say that you and FI should have a list of "must haves"...like for example, if you are looking for adults only, kids clubs, more then one pool etc...if none of that matters then i would say its a good thing to start by your budget and then see a TA and have them propose some options. FI and I have been to Paradisus Punta Cana. we went a few years ago and fell in love with the resort. Everything about it was breathtaking and fantastic! we didnt want to come home! we travelled again after that and none of the resorts compared so it was an easy decision picking the resort for us. You should check it out. its really beautiful
