7 months to go and I still HATE working out and still LOVE food....bad combination LOL I have 15 pounds (10 minimum) to lose by October. I have Jillian DVD's, yoga DVD's, have tried the gym and hate that too LOL i admit I am lazy. I work long days and get home and want to relax. I have tried everything to motivate myself and I suck at it hahahaha I have been eating better but i am not counting calories just more aware of portion sizes and what i am putting in my mouth I need to find my solution....hoping the nicer weather and taking walks will be a good start!
