I am so sorry you are having trouble. I was told by a few different travel agents that the flight details for this august 2011 were not out until october 2010, so we waited and booked the wedding and the all inclusive package the beginning of October 2010. But I do have a few people who will not be able to know if they can go to the wedding until it gets much closer to the date. So it looks like they will have trouble going through a travel agent as well, if all of the travel companies have sold out of packages/rooms for the hotel for august. Since our travel agent used Air Canada Vacations too. I guess we will be in the same boat. We have friends from the U.S. who have booked the trip to go to our wedding themselves online. They booked their flights and the hotel seperately, they didnt use a travel agent. Maybe that is something your guests could do, if they have no other options?

Hi Celeste. I know with the free wedding package, you have to pay $25 a person after you reach 16 people, The other packages its a bit more, like $35 a person once you reach 20 people. It goes up a little bit , the more expensive your wedding package is.

Myself and my finacee have not told anyone else this yet, we want to keep it a secret to see everyones faces when it plays but.. The only song I have chosen so far is "I need a girl" by P Diddy! Im going to walk down the aisle to it. I'm not really a traditional bride, my ceremony isnt going to be traditional at all. And the song is perfect for us. I am worried about the same thing, looking really red and having bad tan/burn lines in my wedding photos. . We get there on the 14th and the wedding is the 18th. I am very fair skinned too and so is my finacee, so we will have to cover up and wear lots of sunscreen. Its also the first time either of us will be going down south. beverly told me that there is a bouquet included in the free package. The brides bouquet. But you have to pay for any additional flowers that you want, if you want some for your bridesmaids, or groomsmen.

I love number 2.. but you could wear one for the ceremony and one for your dinner, that way you could use both! I'm thinking of getting a second dress for my reception and dinner.

Your flowers were beautiful, I loved the blue, but since it was spray paint and wouldnt come off your dress, I might not go with that then. haha

I originally thought there was only one wedding per day, but now I am unsure. I wrote Beverly yesterday and asked if there was or if there could be another wedding scheduled on the day I have booked for my wedding, but have not heard back from her yet.

Espejo2be, I'm originally from Placentia, and have been living in St. Johns now for about 8 years. Exactly 7 Months from today, I will be married! We get at the resort on August 14, what about you?
