Everything looks amazing. I should be getting my first vista print order hopefully by Wednesday. We ordered the free business cards as a means to get our website planning information out there since we do not have an official wedding date set, but it will hopefully help us figure out which people are truly interested. We also ordered our year to go postcards and we ordered free stuff for oot bags as well. Vista Print is definitely my lucky find a month into planning. Now if only I could make it to my 150 posts I'd be golden

Beach- I am currently working through destinationweddings.com too but I am not that impressed at the moment which totally sucks because I had done a lot of research and thought I was doing things the smart way and I am just not sure if it is the specialist I am working with or what, but I don't trust her and I keep double checking everything she is telling me because of that lack of trust. I haven't actually booked anything with them because I don't trust her yet. Did you trust your specialist right away?

Thanks Perry, my problem is that I don't have an MP WC yet I've been dealing with my TA. We've been engaged a little less than a month and our wedding is in April 2012 so I am truly just at the beginning stages and I sometimes feel like I am not getting the care I should be from my TA

Are any of you Wisconsin brides working with a TA locally?

So question, I was told my travel agent that in order to reserve the wedding date you want for the Moon Palace that you have to put down a $200.00 deposit (even if doing complimentary wedding) and you have to put down $150.00 per person. I am just really checking to see if the way I am going is the best way to do this or if I should be trying to go about planning this a different way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All, I'm Meredith and my FI's name is Tom. We live in West Milwaukee Wisconsin. Our wedding will be at the Moon Palace Cancun/Riviera Maya in April 2012, we are hoping to confirm the date by the end of January. We have only been engaged since December 17 so I think we are doing pretty good, maybe. More about me, I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, met my FI on eharmony when I was still living in Illinois and he lived here, we dated for 4 months before I moved up here. It was just right. So I am a Bears fan in Packer country who loves the Brewers it's a good thing I can walk to the games. I'm a sports nut, book geek who can't wait to celebrate her marriage in Mexico! My future SIL just got married in October at the Beach Palace and we never would have considered a DW if it wasn't for that experience. I will recommend the deluxe mani/pedi at the spa, it's an hour long and they do aromatherapy. It was definitely worth it.

Okay, I know there is a huge difference in the resort size alone on these 2 choices. Our main choice before speaking with a planner was the Moon Palace a major reason for that is the Palace Resort name, my future SIL just got married at the Beach Palace in October and while we loved it, I wanted more texture for my photos. Which led us to the Moon Palace because it had so many different options while still offering the packages that the BP had, but with more to do at the resort as well. Our planner recommended the Azul Beach hotel as it has the texture we are looking for along with being a smaller resort. I'm so new to this after being engaged for less than a month and I had never heard of that resort until she recommended it and of course until I came here to BDW. I am looking for honest opinions/reviews of both locations. What I like about the MP: Something for everyone, and my guests won't feel obligated to spend 100% of their time with us if they don't want to Mini Golf - my fiance and I had our first date playing Mini Golf so this tied in nicely the fact that they typically include tours in their packages the complimentary wedding package is amazing and a la carte items can be added the texture, bridges, trees, grass, ocean, pools etc...gazebos just a lot of different views Azul Beach The pictures I have seen of the resort are amazing The 98 rooms is a huge plus it's one of the main reasons we loved the BP is that we felt like part of the family and in all honesty I have no idea how much it costs because my planner just recommended it to us today and I haven't been able to locate a lot of pricing information on their wedding packages etc... Please help, any true guidance from guests/B & G's will be so helpful. Thank you so much Meredith

Hi All, I am Meredith engaged to Tom. We will be getting married in Cancun Mexico in April 2012. We are hoping to get married at the Moon Palace, but our options are still wide open at this point. This place is amazing, I have spent my entire Sunday reading the OOT post about what everyone loved best and worst. I am already addicted to vistaprint and it has only been one day. Does anyone know if you carry on the OOT what the dollar value is for customs before you have to pay custom fees on the bags? TIA Meredith
