    I am walking down to "First Time Ever I saw your face" by Leona Lewis / Roberta Flack (not sure whose song it is). My girlfriend is singing it live for us. It is simply beautiful. She made me a copy of it and I listen to it about 3 times a day. I am trying to desensitize myself to it because it makes me cry. lol

    I bought them their dresses and I am currently in the middle of making them their jewelery (swarovski crystal necklaces and matching earrings, set in sterling silver.) I am also planning on making their welcome bags have a few extra goodies from bath and body works, etc. I am pretty sentimental, so I will also write them each a letter/card telling them what their friendship means to me. I have lots of work ahead of me with 7 bridesmaids!!!

    Wow - in all the planning and organizing I totally forgot about this part!!! YIkes! Where do you get boudoir pics done? Do you do them yourself with a timer? I am soo not sexy, I think Jay would laugh at me...lol I like the box of places to go idea. More things to think about!

    I just bought all of my girls the American Apparel bandeau dresses (multiway dress) in "Slate". $45 dollars CDN and 15% off because I bought 3+. You can honestly wear the dress about 15 different ways, if not more.

    Lol - that is exactly what I was thinking but at $20.00/kilo (2.2lbs) I could see how it would add up fast. I have already started to let people know that I will be "using them". Also for carryon's the often don't weigh our here, so you may have a little more wiggle room.

    Hey! We are doing the same thing, getting married at the Riu Ocho Rios then moving to the Riu Negril for our honeymoon. That way if people are going to stay for two weeks we won't have to spend our honey moon with them. lol not that we don't love everyone but our honeymoon is our time.

    We plan on splitting some stuff up with our bridesmaids and family, asking them each to bring on a carry on with some of our decorations in it. I am not for a while yet, but if you ask people close to you to carry a little it may be a lot better than paying the extra amount.. Just make sure you track who has what! Bubble wrap is key!
