    Just wanted to say how happy I am!!!!! I went back East (philly) for a conference and my friends and family surprised me with a bridal shower!!!! :-D

    I also had the same experience, once I told them I had to have an indoor reception- I got the on site coordinator's email right away

    this is actually VERY different from what I've heard. I've heard nothing but great things about the salon and that they do your hair EXACTLY like the pictures...?! just per others' report

    Lisa Lizano [email protected] and to my understanding, Lisa and Lorena split up Pilar's brides...and apparently, they are only answering VOICEMAILS on Pilar's extension- Not emails. so I sent a message to all my website visitors to let them know if they sent a message and didn't hear anything back that they should contact me...

    I'm so sorry this is happening! I called right away yesterday once I read these messages and I was assigned Lisa Lizano... whom I have dealt with before and wasn't necessarily any help either! After I was told by Pilar that Immaculate Conception package is eligible for us of Vacation Dollars... apparently they aren't. Lisa was the manager directed to me and she told me the same bs that it has "always"been that way and yet no one bothered to tell me-....especially since she knew I was planning an Immaculate Conception package for my the chapel wedding!

    UMMMM good to know!!!! Freaking Pilar has been my headache since the very beginning of this process!! NOT very happy to hear someone less competent has been placed in charge. Didn't hear AT ALL that she has left!!

    I have heard nothing but the best about this band and JUST BOOKED THEM FOR MY JULY WEDDING!!! I'm soo sooo soo excited :-D There was a MP bride on here who had them for their wedding actually and she raved all about them!

    I have been there and really hardly anyone is actually is in the water or even on the beach...other palace beaches seem to be regarded better...there's some seaweed, but i didn't think it was that big of a deal
