HI ladies! I'm glad I found this forum! We don't have a date set yet, but looking at Nov 2012, so I have a long way. I only want to lose about 10 pounds- my main focus is toning and slimming down my thighs! I want to look HOT in a swimsuit! This will be a great thread to help me know what works and what doesn't (there are so many videos out there). I will definetly check out pilates if that tones thighs!!
