YES I definetly recommend it! I completed the 30 day shred about a week ago! I lost 6 pounds (I only wanted to lose 10 pounds total) and see tightness in my thighs, more muscles in my arms and I have a slight 2-pack abs, lol. It is awesome and it is only 20 minutes! I just started Jillians No More Trouble Zones on Monday which is a 40 min work out! I am very sore!
