@ Meeshamillz- Alot of brides out them in those clear name tag/badge holder things so they can make them into lanyards (the strings that go around your neck) or into wristlet with a coil ring. So the guest can keep their room key cards, money or credit cards also in the holders. @futuremrstgun- Thank you so much!

This is our save the date using the paddles and we got sooo many compliments on how different and unique it was. If you purcahse these and want the lady's name who makes them on etsy so you can get a date sign made let me know!

Hi Ladies, A couple things I would like to get out of my "wedding room" because I am not using them. 1) Paddle signs. I got these custom made off etsy and they are wooden and "antique/vintage/rustic" finish. They say "save the date" on one side and "thank you" on the other. I had her make them a little bigger than usual because we used a picture of us with them for our save the dates and made them into magnets. I paid $75 for them including the little one for our dog, but obviously not selling that one because of our date on it so I am selling these for a much cheaper cost of $45 for both plus shipping. 2) Got these made through vistaprint but decided not to do the room key holders. I didnt get the location on it so anyone could use these. There are 250 of these and I am will to break these up in 50 cards. $2/set of 50 cards plus shipping or all of them for $8 for all of them including shipping. Let me know if you are interested! My wedding is 5 months away and Ana is driving me nuts not responding!!! I pretty much left her alone for 6 months and now I need some questions answered and she doesnt respond and when she actually and finally does, its a half ass answer. THEN I have to write another email repeating the question she previously decided to not answer and wait for that emaiL! UGH! frustrating! Lindsey- My fiance and I have to decided to spend $2000 of our own money on a private sunset catamaran cruise. I reasearched to best deal for a couple of months and finally found an awesome deal with great communication. We booked a double decker 72 ft. catamaran that fits max 150 ppl and we are only using it for 30 ppl. They were the only ones that offered actual dinner food and has room for everyone to sit down and eat. They are also picking us up from the hotel and taking up to the boat in Cancun. This was our splurge. Only inviting bridal party, their date, and immediate family.

Chula, Sorry to hear about the move of the wedding date but congratulations of your new upcoming little one!....I was wondering which outside DJ and cake vendor did you use? Did your WC at DRC have any problems with this? And did you have to pay extra or a fee??

Yea, I'm pretty sure Lindsey is right. You can not swap out the whole cake thing...you would just take that hit if you didnt want to use their included cake. I htink it is what it is after you pick your package or whatever.

When I sent out save the dates I also sent out a paper with details of travel info on it. This is where I would put something on there that said you were also having a reception at home later and the date of that is to be announced.

My wedding is feb.24 and I sent out STDs 11 months out and will be sending invitations out next month which will be 6 months out and asking for the rsvp date by nov. 1st. This timelime made the most sense to me because we have invited 150 ppl and really still have not a clue on how many are coming. Because of that we can not plan much and budget accordingly until we have somewhat of an idea. Also, everyones trip has to be paid in full by dec. This will give me peace of mind a little earlier and will be able to order favors and decor after that.
