I am trying to settle on my decision with the photography, but I am having trouble because I don't want to go wrong. They really did a good job though! Sungold is at the top of my list, I am just not sure if I want to break off that big chunk of the budget for Paula and Damien. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know! CONGRATS again!!

They are really poor quality... took me forever to dry my hair and most nights i went out damp and let it air dry because I could not wait any longer. I would pack your own or buy a small but mighty one!

There is an ATM at the Beach resort, but you can only take a max of $400 a day, I believe. Thet local banks have very weird hours.... you may be better off taking cash or traveler's check because you bank will charge you international fee's ontop of whatever ATM fee there is.

Hey Ladies, I am trying to settle on my decision for a photographer, too. Do you know if Misha shoots the wedding by herself or brings a 2nd photog? I am toying with using Sungold and going with their platinum package since it is two people and not too much more than Misha's Gold package, but if she brings an assistant/2nd photog, I may reconsider to save some $$. Such a hard decision because your pics are all you have, so of course we all want the best!! Thanks Shannon

Haha I so agree! When I was there when we got engaged, I never wanted to leave. It was almost 9 months ago and I still dream about the Iberostar... Can't wait to go back for the wedding!! I look forward to your review and I am sooooo happy your wedding was nothing short of a DREAM!

Hey April, No bamboo arch. I wish they did! I asked Janielle about this and she said no just the basic white arch. I would not mind chipping in with mulitple brides to buy a bamboo arch for them to keep at the resort, so we could all use it. Not sure if they would do that for us though. Good luck! Shannon

Hey Ladies.... I was just wondering who did you all use for you TA? Did you go with a local TA, online, or large travel agency (i.e. Liberty)? Hey Ladies.... sorry I have been MIA from the forum, we finally are all moved and settled in our new home! I heard back from Janielle about the free wedding package (it did take her awhile to get back). Hi Shannon, Sorry for the delay in my reply. Once your wedding is already confirmed, the package cannot be changed. I wrote her back asking about about if I were to pay the $100 cancellation fee and rebook with a different package and she has yet to get back to me. My feelings are that, the resort is not too happy with this free wedding package, though Iberostar (the chain) started it to complete with fellow resorts, i.e. Sandals. Let me know if you all hear any thing else! Thanks
