Yes, unfortunately that seems to be what the Karisma resorts charge as their outside vendor fee. Needless to say, we have found a photographer from home who we are bringing down with us - ends up being much cheaper!

Wow - this looks great! Please keep us posted as I have been trying to find somewhere with reasonably priced tulle! I'm hoping it will end up being a bit cheaper than paying for it down there... however, my WC says she cannot tell me what they will charge for a setup fee as that is determined once I get there... I was hoping I could know before hand so that I could decide if I wanted to bring my own stuff or not! LOL!

Has anyone brought (or are bringing) down their own sheers for the gazebo? If so, where did you get them from, cost, etc. I'm just wondering if there is a way to do it a bit cheaper than the $150 per panel that they charge? Thanks everyone!

I am considering doing my own bouquet/s and am wondering if anyone else has any info or experience doing this, such as where did you get the flowers from and how hard it was? Bouquets are not included in my wedding package and are quite expensive to purchase so I thought it would be worth looking into! Thanks everyone!

Great thanks for the info ... I guess I'll just have to find out and hope for the best! It would only be for the ceremony and there would not be a lot of extra decorations, so I'll keep my finger crossed!
