    We chose a photographer based on their pictures but also their price. There were other photographers we considered who had amazing pictures, but we just couldnt justify spending that kind of money, nor did it fit our tight budget. We chose to get a local photographer as it ended up being much cheaper then bringing one from home. If you do want to bring someone from home you can sometimes find another bride who will be there the same time and hire the same photographer then you can split the travel costs. Otherwise, locally, just find someone whose pictures you love and fits your budget!

    We ordered the canvas bags and we are happy with them! We wanted something that fit our budget that would still get used, even if its only for groceries later on!

    We had the same dilemma but in the end decided to register for the simple fact that I kept having people ask, oh where are you registered, I need to get you something. We don't have a website so we simply are just using word of mouth, if someone asks we tell them, or our parents tell them.

    Firstly, your engagement ring is beautiful!! I personally would choose to go with the custom band. I think it will be hard to find a band that will work well with your engagement ring just because of the style of it. I suppose if you go to enough stores you just might find something, but getting custom will guarantee you get what you want. You have to be happy when you look down and see your rings on your fingers! My co worker had an engagement ring similar to yours and had a hard time finding a band and they ended up getting one custom made and it ended up being cheaper in the end.

    From what I understand (I asked my friends mom, who works at a registry), you can use the little birth certificates but they need to be taken to a lawyer and notarized, whereas if you order the long form ones they come certified, which is the same thing as notarized.

    Once we picked our resort, the GBP:) and our date and time, things seemed to really settle down and the stress almost went away! Our TA said the resort is about 60km from the airport, and therefore about an hour drive. My aunt just got back from the GBP Jamaica and said the drive was a little less then an hour, which isn't bad!

    I wish I knew some lawyers!! I'm glad to hear its nothing crazy because someone told us it would cost like $500!
