    Have you tried finding one thats pre owned, or new but never used. They often will be much cheaper. Or try to find a store that will sell you their sample. Or get a local seamstress to give you a quote on making it, probably be much cheaper then buying it from a bridal store for full price.

    This is something I have been dreading, finding outfits for my FI and groomsmen. My FI is the worst shopper in the entire world and I already know that hes not going to be happy trying on all these different clothes and such. He said he doesnt care what he wears so maybe that will make it easier! I hope!

    I know some cultures wear red wedding dresses rather then white for certain reasons. I just always imagined brides wearing white so its a little strange to see that!

    I'm also looking at davids bridal to get a TTD. The dresses are beautiful, yet cheap enough to fit my TTD budget!

    Both dress are beautiful! As others have said, it is your wedding and you are allowed to do what you want. Just because you are getting married on a beach doesn't mean you need to settle for a 'beachy' wedding dress. I don't think you can over dress for your own wedding and who cares if you sweat for one day of your life to have the dress of your dreams!! I say go for your original dress, its beautiful!

    I think both dresses would work and they are both unique in their own ways. I think the one from dessy is more dancy and dressy, but because its short would work perfect for a summer wedding. I think the other dress would be nice and light in the summer and its really summery, but its long which might end up making it hot and sweaty. I think it just depends what the feel of your wedding is, if its more formal go with the dessy dress, if its more casual go with the other dress.

    I asked my travel agent about this. Her answer was that each place is very different and it really depends where you are travelling. She said often information can be found online about this if you search mexico and bringing food into the country for example. She said some places dont allow certain foods, while other places are really leniant about it.
