Welcome! We strongly considered Hawaii (more specifically maui) for our wedding. We decided against it for a few reasons. Firstly, it was going to be more costly for our guests to come when adding in accomodations, travel, food, alcohol ect. as there are no all inclusive resorts. We are a younger crowd, and I wont lie, we drink alot and eat alot! Therefore, it was more cost effective to go with an all inclusive resort. Secondly, we wanted to have our wedding on the beach, but after reading up some information you are not allowed anything on the beach and they are all public. Therefore, you can have tons of weddings going on at the same time and the beaches can get pretty crowded. We wanted something a little more private. I guess it really depends what you are looking for and your budget. Unfortunately for us, Maui wasn't in our budget. Happy planning:)
