    Welcome! When we first were engaged we looked at both these properties for our wedding. We liked Dreams Cancun because of the amazing wedding gazebo and their reasonable wedding packages. We also looked at Now Jade, but there didnt seem to be many reviews or information about it, and when we enquired we were told they were in the middle of renovations and someone would get back to us. No one ever got back to us. Good luck with your decision!

    Great Colors. Depending on what type of decorations you are looking for, you shouldnt have a hard time finding those colors, they are pretty popular.

    I agree. I think that the bold necklace and the color of the dress really make a statement and by adding dangly earrings it might be to busy. I think if the girls wore just stud earrings that would look so much more elegant!

    This is the one thing I have found with planning a January wedding, especially early January. I never really factored in Christmas Holidays and then New Years. It makes it really tricky when planning things, such as showers. I think mine will be sometime in early Decemeber as we depart early in January for our wedding and right immediately before that there is the holidays.

    I know its kind of cliche and really over done, but I really want a jumping picture!

    I did print them at home. Originally though I had ordered them from vistaprint and when they came they looked awful. The colors were all run together and some of the wording was so smudged I coudln't read it. Also, the order was late getting to me. I contacted them and they refunded me all my money, even shipping fees. I didn't want to take the chance and order them again to be smudged, plus it would take another 21 days. So, I just printed my own.

    I would love to see pictures of your jewelry! I am having a hard time finding a bracelet that I like. I had a few days off from work so I was able to get some wedding stuff done. I made our pre wedding brochures, printed them, and sent them in the mail. I also printed our monogram onto transfer paper and transfered it onto our OOT bags. I wrote our welcome letter. I started to assemble music as I hope to put together our wedding music soon. I feel like time is going so quickly these last few months!!

    There was just no way I was going to invite that many people!! Not to mention the cost of that for all those people. I couldnt agree more, its your day and you need to spend it how you want!!

    Wow, this is by far the best, most helpful wedding planning thread I have ever read (and I have read a lot!) Thanks for including so much detail. It really is great to know about how much other brides are spending, makes me feel like what Im spending is right on track.
