We printed labels on our computer as it makes it easier to read and takes way less time. I dont think there is a proper way to do it, I think whatever feels right to you, and if you are in a rush to get them out whatever will be quicker for you.

We are asking people to RSVP by July and we aren't getting married until January, however, we need RSVPs that soon for our group booking. We realize for some people its to soon and they will book later. We included information with our Invitation that if you dont book by a certain date in July you will not receive the group booking rate so they are aware. I guess it kind of also depends on your group, we are having mostly just close family and friends who we speak to often so it makes it a little easier.

For us picking the resort was definetly the hardest decision we had to make. We first made a list of about 5 resorts we were considering and noted things about each resort, such as wedding packages (some offer free ones), distance to airport, size of resort, average price and many other things. We then used that list to decide upon a resort. Good luck making your decision!

I think we will send out our actually invites in July or August. The TA we chose to work with offers us 50 free invitations with a group booking so we will take advantage of those. They are pretty nice and will include all the information from the TA and about the travel and best of all they are free!! I found at first I was so overwhelmed with everything but things do eventually settle down. I found that once we picked a location and resort and secured a date we were able to put together the guest list and get our STDs. After that I feel like there is less things to worry about and now can relax a bit! Good luck!
