I would talk to your TA about that because a group booking should have a discount. We got quotes for a bunch of different companies, including Air Canada, and they were going to offer us every 25th person free. We ended up not using them as Transat was a few hundred dollars cheaper and we get every 15th person free. I would ask your TA for group quotes from other vacation companies, and then if one is cheaper and you really want to use Air Canada you can see if they will price match, thats what we did with Sunquest and Transat.

I think I am just going to go with a white one. I did comtemplate going with a colored one but I think white would look more classic. And like you I want a colorful bright bouquet so it might be to much.

We sent out our STDs this January for our January 2012 wedding-so a year in advance. We were going to send out our invitations in about a month and ask for an RSVP date of three months before the wedding. Most of all the people who told us they were coming have already booked with the travel agent so Im not sure if we will even do formal invitations, maybe just something informal to the people we sent the STDs to who havent responded or booked with the travel agent.

It really varies from resort to resort. We first wanted to get married in Mexico and that was one of the things we asked the WC at potential resorts what the legal requirements are. Some you had to be there two days, some as many as four days. The cost for the blood tests was also different everywhere. And I don't know about the US but the make it legal in Canada you have to have everything translated back to english and that was going to cost a lot of money. We finally chose Jamaica as its much easier to get legally married there.
