  1. I would say your best bet is to get in contact with a travel agent. They should be able to provide you with some suggestions.
  2. We have booked him for our wedding, but was just curious if anyone in the past has used him and would have pictures to post, or if any other future brides have booked him?
  3. Great site! Thanks for sharing!
  4. I have tried pro active in the past but found it to be extremely drying. I now use the clinique 3 step system with great results.
  5. We are doing bottle openers as our favors. Like previously mentioned we rarely take home favors, but we thought this is something our group of people will use. We also chose not to personalize them as sometimes I hate having other peoples personalized stuff taking over my house!
  6. Everything looks great! I got engaged only a few days before you and can't imagine planning a wedding so quick!
  7. what a fabulous idea! I'm sure if we did something like this my FI would have wanted to be involved with making (and drinking) these invitations!
  8. We have a few that we were going back and forth on, but after reading all these great suggestions it will make the choice harder!
  9. We had a few guest at first say they weren't going to book with the group and wait for a last minute deal. This made me really stressed that they wouldn't find a flight or the hotel would be booked or something, plus its tough to plan a wedding when you don't know concrete numbers. That being said, we encouraged our guests who wanted to book last minute to call and talk to our travel agent. I don't know exactly what she said, but they all ended up booking with our group rate. Our group rate is closed, but we are still planning on having a few straglers book last minute, therefore, we are kind of using just an estimate at this point. Mabe you could try to explain to your guests, or have your travel agent explain, the reasoning behind group bookings and why they should book. Good luck with everything!
  10. wow, what a great thread! Now if only we could pick a color for our sashes!
  11. I would say really do your research on companies before ordering a knockoff. I was originally just going to get a knock off but I knew I would be constantly comparing every little single detail and would want it exactly alike. If you can handle a little variation then Id say go for it!
