    Crazy small world, I know the girl who is in charge of putting together the blog for Weddingstar (they are based in my hometown) and she was showing me these pictures of your wedding a while ago as I am getting married in Jamaica too!! Beautiful pictures!

    My dress came in! Two months before it was supposed to! I went and tried it on and picked it up! So exciting!

    I want to do a postcard guestbook instead of a traditional guestbook. My guests will each fill out a postcard with well wishes and their best memories from the wedding day and I'll put them in an album when I get home. The problem is I want to use a variety of postcards with a Jamaica/Caribbean theme to them. I don't want to use vistaprint as I want them all the be different. I have looked some places online, but was wondering if anyone has done this type of guestbook and where they got their postcards from. I have considered just buying them once we get to Jamaica. Will that be easier?

    Congrats and welcome! For us picking the location was pretty easy. We knew we wanted to get married in Jamaica, however, picking the resort was the hard part. We probably spent the better part of two months reseraching different locations and resorts in Jamaica. We jotted down some notes as to what was important to us for our wedding and that helped us decided on a location in the Caribbean. Just make a list of what is important to you and then go from there. We also worked with a Travel Agent which really helped us out a lot! Good luck and happy planning!
