Wow, Her photos look great! Congrats! Are her rates pretty reasonable? I have found so far that Maui wedding photography seems to be more expensive and also comes with less than it is in Austin (where I'm from.)

I have been thinking of hosting either a welcome dinner at a restaurant on the beach in Maui, a dinner sailing cruise, or going to a luau as a welcome to all of our DW guests. I can't decide which would be the most fun for everyone. Any recommendations? Thanks! If we do the Luau, I think it would be the Feast at Lele Luau since it has a seated dinner instead of a buffet.

I would love to find out who all the Maui brides are using for wedding ceremony and reception flowers. Congrats on your engagement! We are getting married in August 2011 and I feel like the time has been flying by since we got engaged in September. We picked Maui for our destination and have had mixed reactions from our families but think it is the right decision for us. Good luck planning!

We stayed at the Sheraton in Kaanapali in October and it was really nice but we were blown away when we saw the Grande Wailea. Good luck!

I am getting married in Maui and am now at the point of selecting a photographer. Have any of you used Tad Craig photography? If so, would you recommend them?

I was in Maui in October and went to the Old Lahaina Luau. The Luau was really cool but the food was just so-so. Hope that helps.
