I am in the exact same situation. I typed up a Wedding Timeline to mail out to the guests 2 weeks before the wedding and it says "Cocktail Hour Rehearsal for Bridal Party at (and the location name)". Although I haven't sent them out yet. And NOW my fiance casually mentioned the Rehearsal to people that are not in the bridal party. I don't know what to do?? I don't want to uninvite these people. Now I'm thinking I should re-word everything! If it's just the bridal party its 20 people, otherwise it is 35 people. And you have to take a shuttle to get there and I doubt the shuttle will hold all 35 people. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I'm somewhat new to this website. Me and my fiance have been together for almost 4 years and we are getting married in Costa Rica , Flamingo Beach in February 2011. It seems like time is flying by! I have a lot already accomplished, but I still feel like there is a lot left to do. I'm working on our welcome bags and I wanted to get them shipped down there in advance to put in the guests rooms.
