I just purchased mine on etsy from sayanythingdesign. It is a frame sand ceremony, it is more expensive then the lomas one, but I liked the idea of hanging the frame with a pic. of Chris and I from the wedding on our wall when we get back. ($68us)...it comes with a stainless steel funnel so you don't poor sand everywhere! lol and you can take the sand container out to change up the pic. whenever you want.

That is good advice!! I am going to def. tell the WC's that its to look as legal as possible, and "Murmel" said if FMI asks, we got our finger stamped at the time of blood taken so I wouldn't get it on my dress....BRILLIANT!!!!! AWESOME! Now THAT is a vegas dress....LOVE IT! super sexy! I have mine this Saturday, and have yet to find an outfit....I really don't know what to wear, just doing a night on the town with the ladies in Toronto! Glad you had a blast...nothing beats dancing with the girls!

I played totally dumb when Chris' mom asked....and said what??? he is crazy, we were talking about that SO long ago, and decided that we want to do the full legal wedding there, she seemed to buy it, but keeps making "cracks" aka snooping to see our reactions about us doing it here first. I agree....7 pounds/6 months....no worries!!!!! I have two months as of tomorrow, and really wanted to be down more than I am, but have been putting in the time for planning good meals and getting my exercise in (sometimes twice a day....running/weights and then hot yoga pm) The weight is not melting off by any means, but I feel 100% better than I did a few months ago. How have you been doing on insanity??? results up to this point? GO LADIES GO......we got this.....

Ladies... I am getting nervous about pulling off that we are getting legally married (we are getting married here before heading down)...and Chris accidentally said to his mom "well, we don't know if we are going to do it there, or just do it here.." I was so upset. So now she keeps hinting at "are you, aren't you" and I am sticking to my no-one-will-know plan, but because he said something, and she knows all about the needles we should be getting done to make it legal there/witness signing etc. I am getting worried she or others will ask - so where did they give you the needle-why didn't you sign anything at your ceremony........etc. etc. ????????????? Is it for sure we don't sign anything? what are the differences between the ceremonies?? (me hitting Chris...LOL)

I am just worried they are going to be big for the plate (I am going to lay them on each guests plate at the reception) and that 6" would be easier to travel with the 52 I have to bring! ?

I will ask her for sure....hopefully she lets me do the 21 days...all I have to do for my mail out is burn my CD's, and print the pre-travel brochure, everything else is ready to go. I want to send out a card (as you did Miriam) in your pre-travel mail out, but they need everyones entree choice 45 days before the wedding???? really? I would have to send my mail out like, ....yesterday!!! You will need to choose one appetizer and one dessert for all of your guests to have. You are able to choose 2 Entrées for your guests to choose from however, you must provide me with me with the entrée count 45 days prior to your wedding day. You will also need to provide the staff with entrée indicators so that they can determine who has which entrée.

I am not quite sure, but I knew what I wanted and added it up "a la carte" and then compared it to each package, I too am having a private reception, and none of the packages seem to make sense for me (not using their photographer/DJ...) and I was sure they wouldn't let us substitute...so didn't bother asking! In the end, the free wedding package made most sense for us.

He T'd off on the green last time he golfed, sucks with numbers and just had his fill of strippers on Saturday at his bachelor party! LOL I am thinking a chill day by the pool can't hurt anyone, right?

Chris and the boys want to go ATVing the morning of the wedding...does anyone else think this is just a bad idea?! What did or what are other grooms and groomsmen doing while the girls are getting ready?

For anyone that got their hair done at the Salon...if you and 3 bridesmaids are getting done, does it still only take 1.5 hours max?

Does anyone have a wedding day itinerary they wouldn't mind sharing? ie. 9am - girls breakfast 11- girls hair 2p-pics of guys getting ready etc. etc. (including the reception and who is speaking when/cake cutting etc.)
