Girls..I am trying to nail down the menu, and am only getting more confused...I thought that there was an option where you could have your guests choose between two main dishes? (what option was this?) - when I asked the Miami WC this is what I got.... Hi Melissa, The petite gourmet is a buffet style menu. You will receive everything on that menu. For the set menu you will need to choose one appetizer, one main course, and one dessert. Everyone will eat the same entrees. Call me if you have more questions. The menus can get a bit confusing!

Another one....is everyone purchasing bouts. for their "dads"? as in on both sides? ( I have 3 dads coming...one step) What about moms?? (do they wear that wrist thing? lol....??) I am assuming we are to pick up this tab for all the parents? What is everyone doing for this?

I know you need the christmas lights for the lanterns, but I recall a bunch of posts about having them in Zavaz Plaza (I think around the posts?)....do you have to bring your own? - I am also recalling some ladies saying they didn't like the candy cane look....but don't remember what that look was? Yes, Elizabeth's prices are up there, but her work is gorgeous!! You do have to pay (on top of the photographer or DJ or any other outside vendor) a fee to Azul of $800 for each vendor. Something to think about when looking at who to hire. Doesn't Murmel rock??!!!

To those that ordered shirts too....did you order a linen shirt to go under the suit? (I picture a linen shirt to be see-through for some reason?!) or did you order a regular ol' cotton one?

What blend did you use? these looks awesome!!! (the 100% linen? the linen blend?)

There are so many of us that went through this, and some still, and some that have put it in the past with the help of all the wonderful ladies on this site (especially our Azul/Beach ladies)!! Congrats on your upcoming wedding, and welcome!!!

For all the ladies that tried this....HELP! I am trying to put the zots (glue dots) on the paper as instructed, but they keep rolling up (I have been putting the paper in first, then trying to put the zots on after)...either way, the zots roll up into little balls and they look like boogers!!!! I thought I had this one in the bag, and can't belive this small project is becoming my biggest pain!!!!! erghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Any ideas???

I agree with Miriam....I had a wee bout of this myself with my cousins, but as time went on, I realized that I shouldn't have expected so much out of people that have never really supported me (which was VERY hard for me because I ALWAYS support them and felt like this was totally unfair). But I didn't want to look back with regret...this should be your time, planning should be fun (with a few hiccups along the way), and I would just not bother showing her anymore of your details for her approval, and would agree, treating her like any other guest from here on out is in your best interest. Everything will be wonderful, and in the mean time, we are here for a two pager rant if you need.... Keep Smiling!

sorry, another question...where did you find the floral corner art on the cover? I am so not a DIY'er and have no clue!?
