    Do you have a room block? If you do then you will be fine. Most of our party wanted to stay until may 27th that was the problem. Now I have extended our room block to include May18th to the 25th so we just have to convince everyone to stay longer before the wedding. Our TA was directly in contact with Dreams it just filled up really fast.

    Ok having another panic attack. Now my TA just emailed me and told me the resort is completely sold out from May 25th on over the memorial day weekend!! UGHHHH so now trying to tell people to book before our wedding instead of staying after. I thought this was all suppose to be easy. I am trying really hard to be laid back!!!

    Hey for table numbers my FI and I travel alot around the world so we are going to name each table after a country we have been too and put pictures from us in that country on the table. We thought that would incorporate us into it.

    I got the same PANIC last week when my TA told me DREAMS CANCUN was full the few days after our wedding and I still had people who wanted to book! She is in the middle of finding out for me too, she is awesome!!!

    Hey sorry, I was wrong on that price I looked back at my emails, so if you want to have it at a restaurant it would be a private set menu for 15 dollars per person with the 11% and 15% gratuity and service tax. If you want to have it on the beach, terrace or garden it is 48$ pp. Sorry I sent the wrong info first. Claudia said she would need to know ahead of time so that she could block off that area and if it is at a restaurant it needs to be between 6:30-9pm.

    Hey I just actually emailed Claudia about that today, I know the rehersal dinner is 26$ per person with the 11% service tax and 15% gratuity tax. But i just emailed her about the price of the actual rehersal. I will let you know when i know.

    My parents were not booked yet so that is my mini panic attack! I hope to have it all sorted soon!!! I am freaking out just a little. Ok time to get stuff done, maybe this was the motivation I needed. I think its like this because its going into memorial day weekend.

    Ok freaking out a little bit, our travel agent just informed us that the end part of our room block that people wanted to extend too is starting to sell out!!! Now we have to secure a room block in a higher category for the three nights after our room block.....ahhhhh my parents haven't booked yet! I just send out invitations. Ok having a mini panic attack the first of many i am sure. PS I think its so close that, time factor finally just set in

When did you ask claudia about the extra people trading for the cocktail hour and mexican trio??? 2.) how much time did it take you to get your hair/makeup done? 3.) i read that there is only a sweetheart table but you had a head table is she ok with that?
