Question for all the Dreams PV brides out there! I'm getting mixed emails about the actual timing for our wedding. Have any of the WC's told you how many hours total you can have your events (ceremony + photos + reception)? I'd like to have the ceremony 4:30 - 5. Photos from 5 - 6:15. Reception 6:30 - 10:30. Has anyone else been able to secure a similar time block? I'm getting worried that they're going to kick us out or something.... Thanks!!! -
I had the same questions/concerns about the deposit and Esman explained that the deposit goes through when you actually book a hotel room. I just booked my room through our travel agent and the next day the deposit had been posted. Our wedding is in Nov. Strange but maybe that's the hold up!

I was originally working with Louise but Esman has slowly been responding for her... and now I only talk to Esman. He is AWESOME and way more on top of things. I guess he's been working there a while in overall event management (conferences and whatnot) but they promoted him to WC. So, I'm sure he'll be ok since Dreams will just give him all the vendor info. I hope!

Hey ladies! We're getting married 11/18/11 at Dreams PV. Beach ceremony and reception on the Las Palmas Terrace. Yayyyy!

11/18/11 using the Dreams WC (Louise) and my own DIY touches here and there! Doing the bonfire on the 17th and reception at las palmas. They've said 10:30 for me... so they better not kick is out early!

Okay.... I'm trying to make sense of this as well! We're planning to have a friend get ordained and perform our "symbolic" ceremony at Dreams in PV. We'll get the marriage liscense before we go, and then can our officiant sign the papers at our wedding in mexico and drop it off at the county clerk after we get back? Does the court need to know (or will they find out) that we said our vows out of the country??? I'd rather not say our vows before we leave.... so tricky!

Hi fellow brides! Just booked our wedding and room block for Dreams PV 11/18/11. I've heard great things but am also concerned about Louise! Looking forward to seeing more updates in 2011..... Hopefully she gets her s*** together! Does anyone have Las Palmas Terrace reception pictures they could share??

Hi fellow brides! I've been engaged a few weeks and we've already narrowed down our destination to Puerto Vallarta. We are leaning towards Dreams PV but just recently started looking into Dreams Villamagna and Barcelo. I've ready though tons of threads, but want to get some fresh perspective on these resorts (and maybe others??) that are in our price range. We like to private beach at Dreams PV but have heard Dreams V and Barcelo are great options as well. How do you decide?!??!?

AMAZING review! Thank you! I'm a newbie and we're hoping to lock in Dreams PV for 11/11/11. The new WC (Louise) is MIA but we're trying to confirm reception dinner and drink pricing. Can I ask what rate per person you got? We're also trying to decide between using a TA or going rouge. Decisions decisions!!!
