So what i want to do is do dancing and cocktails on the beach. I want to do mamma mia for dinner and i am waiting for a response to see if we can do just the dancing and cocktails on the beach. Also i am waiting to hear if we can get the dj to be on the beach. I always wanted to do this on the beach. I am starting to have last min anxiety beacuse i feel like i dont have anything set for a reception. hopefully i will hear from Elizabeth soon. As for the gazebo i cant believe 50 people can fit she told me that people would have to sit outside the gazebo because they wouldnt fit. She told me that i can pick when i get there a couple days earlier. So we will see.

I have about 1 month and 2 weeks left till my wedding!!!. I also have been quoted a ton of different prices. I also was told that the gazebo would not fit 30 people . So elizabeth said that when i get there that i can decide at that point if i want the gazebo or the beach. It has been difficult corresponding only through email. I cant wait to see her so i can talk about everything. I was going to do the gala room but decided to do cocktails on the beach.

the blue is gonna look fab..i still have to pick out something for my sister..like a watermelon color. My planner is alejandra. She gets back to me a week later. I guess that is the norm though. I am trying to decide what resteraunt now. I also want to do that cocktail hour if we can have our own music that sounds like so much fun.

Planning is going ok.... I just wished all the info was right in front of me. I looked into the photographer you are doing. Great pics...but they do not offer anything like 2 hour packages...since i am having a super small wedding. I honestly dont even know how many people will show up. Kelley...do you know how much that beach party is?

Mookie..what was the cost from 8 to 10 for the beach party? Thats a great that you didnt need a dj...and brought your own music. I would love to do this! Vancity.....how much does that photgrapher charge. I believe from reading somewhere that it was 75 dollars to bring someone else in but who knows. Also the gala room is that info in any of the information the wc sent. I think i might be interested in that. Do they have a dj as well. This is so difficult. My wedding is less then 6 mnths away and i am so frazzled.

How many songs do you get to play during the ceremony. Is it one walking down the aisle and then one after the wedding? did you bring a cd or ipod?

i booked the platinum suite. I finally gt a hold of the wedding coord...the back and forth is frustrating. I wired the deposit and paid extra to fax the receipt. Apparently i now have to scan them because the faxes are too blurry. Did you have a beach wedding or gazebo?

I also am having a difficult time with contacting any one at the resort. I had sent a deposit out and fax and wanted them to confirm that they recieved it. I might have to have my ta contact the hotel directly. It is so stressful!

I bought this dress when i did the running of the brides! I wanted something light, strapless, and with crystals somewhere. This was by far the dress when i tried it on. The bow is in an ivory color.
